In all my years of an engineer only these assholes and Aundril asked for a transcript. U are asking for 10+ years excperince in a very specialized engineering field and u are asking for grades from college??? Absolute retardation. Engineering is supposed to be the field were excperince matters more than anything. They underpay engineers by 20 percent also and make u do full time in office just to work on a screen and do zoom/teams meetings.. Of course the jeets put up with it but its so bad even they complain and leave as soon as their H1b finishes.

Also grades are not a good measure of someone's actual ability. When I was in college I had to pay my way through working full time as i came from a poor family that wouldnt even help me with food or let me live for free and went through a bunch of traumatic shit. I also had a dumb semester were I got 2 Fs cuz of a girl which ruined my GPA permanently. I should suffer for my whole life cuz I had some fuck ups when i was young? My GPA was 2.3 yet I have designed plenty of complex electronics flying in satelite constellations as we speak. Can't tell u how many 4.0 gpa engineers i met that were average and dint even really care about engineering.
