Doesn't the interest fuck you over?
>>
>>62566228
pay them off every month
each card is selected for a purpose to maximize reward categories. one for groceries, one for restaurants, one for travel etc.

don't cards close if you don't use them for a certain amount of time, which fucks up your credit score? Do people really keep track of using and paying out a dozen cards?
>>
>>62566094
you niggers need to learn how to game the system.
>get credit card
>goy score goes down 5 points
>go into account
>set it to automatically pay entire statement balance every month (no interest)
>use it for anything you have to buy anyway ie groceries and gas
>get instant cashback rewards every purchase
>spend x amount in y months and receive z credit (the last one I got was $600)
>entire free month of gas and groceries, actually two months for me
>goy score goes up 20 points
>repeat
its that easy
>>
>>62566670
some do and the only reason your credit goes down is because you now have a higher credit utilization ratio since your total credit line as reduced. Just sign up for another card with the same credit line kek, goy score goes right back up in 3 months
>>
>>62566681
>>62566688
doesn’t constantly opening new lines of credit also hurt your good goy score and therefor your ability to open worthwhile new lines of credit?
>>
>>62566094
I got 2. One gives me a ton of cashback, but its yearly. The other less cash back but monthly. Never...EVER..keep a balance.
>>
>>62566721
no, you get a hard inquiry drop in your score each time and you should only do 2-3 cards max per year but thats about it. Goy score drops like 5 points then recovers and goes higher with your good goy on-time payments.

1 I hardly use except for 1 month free credit when slurping bottoms, for safety.
2 debit cards.
Every time I can, I use cash to ward off kikes, digital currency and economic repression.
Every time I cannot, I try to use alternate payment gateways to avoid giving money to Visa and Mastercard kikes.
Never ever been in debt in my life save for free credit.
Lent money to my family when needed to prevent them getting it from kike banks.
Fuck kikes and fuck their globalism.
>>
1, I use it like a fuel card
>>
>>62566094
2 credit
3 debet
But I'm exclusively using only one debet card.
>>
9 credit cards
2 store cards
1 debit card
they all have a purpose
>>
I have 15 personal credit cards
>6.5% grocery/dining and 5% gas/airline card
>5% amazon card
>5% utilities card
>5% rotating card (currently gas/pharmacy)
>3% other spending card
>10 other cards i got either for the bonuses or they're just old and i got something better
i have over $200k available credit which is nice because my utilization is always under 1%
>>
>>62566228
you only pay interest if you don't pay off the balance in full. if you do, there is zero interest.

but yes, that's how they make their money (people rolling over a balance) and paying 20%+ interest
>>62566670
depends on the company but yes if you dont use a card for like 10 years they will close it eventually. i've gone a year+ before i noticed i hadn't used a card. i buy a gallon of milk or something i need anyway on amazon and it stays active.
>>62566721
yes. hard inquiries (usually required to open a new account) lower your score, but it fades over time. you dont want to be opening 20 a year obviously.

also if you do open a bunch it can spook some lenders. if chase gets spooked theyve been known to close everything down (credit cards and checking accounts)

also as long as your credit is 740+ you're at the top tier for mortgages and car loans which are the only things it really matters for
>>
I have a personal credit card and a business credit card. I never tried maximizing the benefits seemed like a lot of cards to be carrying around I. just look for cash back.

0% interest for 25 months, once that ones done I will move to the next 0% card.
While we don't get rewards and cashback like americans do, you can have what is basically an interest free small loan whenever you want.

To get a percentage on every purchase. You likely pay the price of these transactions regardless given they are baked into the unit price. I pay cash for anywhere that offers a discount and tips to people I like but otherwise its free money and credit utilization.

Different cards have different values. I can get 5% off groceries using Aven. I can get 10+% off gas using Paypal's debit card as well through the app Upside, selecting the right places to get gas from multiple choices within a mile of each other. Same rewards circumstances exist for travel and restaurants. You can get 5% off of almost everything and are retardedly leaving hundreds or thousands of dollars depending on your spending on the table for no reason every year which across decades becomes very substantial, additionally being able to take it from predatory usurers and kick them in the teeth with their own model. Do not carry interest if you can avoid it (REALLY retarded to pay 20% on ANYTHING). If you don't do this, you are not doing so just because it would take 5 minutes more of consideration and 1 hour in total signups or being a lazy fag.
>>
>>62570737
>additionally being able to take it from predatory usurers and kick them in the teeth with their own model
This is why I started playing the credit card game, but realistically, the cash back doesn't hurt them. That's just skimming off the exchange fees merchants usually pay, and doesn't come at a cost to the bank. If you want to hurt the banks, churn their sign-up bonuses without ever carrying a balance so they don't get interest. Then either move onto another card, leaving it open until they close it for inactivity, or cancel after 1 year if there's an annual fee (some have point claw back provisions if you cancel after less than 1 year, but most will credit some/all of the fee back if you cancel within 30 days of it posting).
>>
>>62570989
This is a good point and probably true presently, but seems to be legislatively changing soon. TOTALLY agree on sign-up bonuses etc.!
>>
>>62566094
Many of those are debit THOUGH
>>
>>62566094
This thread made me finally apply for a credit card, thank you for making it and pushing me inadvertently into getting one. Granted I really don't believe in credit cards, but really am only getting one for I can use it for online purchases and not worry about my debit getting fucked over.

I heard the EU is clamping down on that, but the US?
