I see more houses and condos for sale every day everywhere. It's literally happening. The hoom bubble is poppening.

if housing goes, property tax goes
you really think the state will let their tax windfall go away?
>>
>>62566602
It depends on the state.

Retarded boomers will have to sell their hooms to pay for retirement and medical expenses considering so many of them have basically no savings. The real question is if corpos are going to scoop em up just to keep the prices high, but unoccupied homes are more of a liability than an asset so i do honestly think we’re going to see a big correction in the next 10-15 years as the boombooms kick the bucket

I drove by some condo complex yesterday and saw like 8 signs for sale.

There are differences in local markets. Can’t say I’ve seen the same where I live. But i live near a major city so I wouldn’t be surprised if the prices never really fall here, as thirsty sidelined millenials scoop up single family homes as soon as they become available. Housing construction is so limited, we might not see the housing supply juiced enough with boomers selling their homes, but I hope I’m wrong about that.

to be honest i only have $50k to my name and my mom wants us to get a house but i just tell her im never working so i guess we will simply never own one. i have no motivation to work i won't do it.

hell i'd rather just blow all the money on pointless shit. it's not worth obtaining money to improve the quality of my life. it's an illusion.

nothing matters in this life. i want to end it all.

i exist in a world that abuses me merely for existing it's pretty tiresome
