Cloture will likely be decided within 24-48hrs. If cloture happens, then all systems are go and things will move fast. If not, we hear SEC/CFTC have indicated they will move anyway. Either way, LINK is the play now. Always was. What do we think will happen with Clarity? That's the question. It looks good from where I'm sitting. I think the Thune thing is a distraction while they get their ducks in a row/place bets, to make a few bucks on the ducks

$150k invested on August 4, 2020 to today

$LINK: $124k
$BTC: $843k
$ETH: $725k
$TRX: $2.59M
$SOL: $5.88M
$XRP: $573k
$BNB: $4.03M
$SPY: $352k

The only thing you could invest in and lose money is Chainlink. Do you see why these people are all so angry and insecure? They were outperformed by the S&P 500. In an industry where tons of millionaires were minted, they LOST your money.

That is why they’re all so bitter and gaslight their own. These numbers say it all about the $LINK token. If you hold it, you failed the IQ test.

Why didn’t you make any money marine? Pic very related

Link will fall and hover between $10-$15 until november. You might all think I’m joking but I am in a discord right now with 3 whales who just proved to me without a shadow of a doubt what they’ve been doing to LINK at least since 2021. After november, they’re going to make moves that will drastically rearrange capital distribution in the top 10. Most of that being force fed into chainlink. Look, whether they do that or not, what I’ve seen is irrefutable, and I feel ridiculous they even had to show me.. whilst their strategy was pretty ingenious, it’s not exactly complicated. They just have a lot of resources.

Clarity Act doesn't really matter for mass Chainlink adoption; DTCC already has a special exemption from the SEC, and Swift isn't subject to US law. And both are moving ahead with blockchain adoption (via Chainlink) regardless of the Clarity Act.

That's probably why Bitcoin was so keen to crash into the dirt on the DTCC/Link announcement.

all of this reminds me of the xrp sec lawsuit nothingburger

No matter how many times you try to push this narrative it will not just be magically be taken seriously just because it would benefit you financially and float your bags if it were.

DTCC is going live with blockchain and tokenization at the end of the year, and just did live trials last month; all without the Clarity Act.
Why?
Because they received a "no-action" letter from the SEC.

Without this "no-action" letter, DTCC would 100% have waited for the Clarity Act to do these things.
Now with this letter, they don't need to wait.

You're welcome.
And checked.
>>
>>62571458
They declared "no-action" because they know it's "no-purpose" and "no-gonna-make-anyone-any-money". It's like issuing a letter of "no-action" to your 6 year old nephew who is busy making Play-Doh coins.

cope implies I have any vested interest in anything related to crypto. I don't. I'm just here to watch all the retarded monkeys fling shit at each other and call it gold.

DTCC:
>we're going live with mass crypto adoption later this year

anon:
>this is nothing, don't believe them. Also I'm totally unbiased haha
>>
>>62571477
Oh I'm totally biased. Biased against a retarded piece of tech that serves no purpose, built only to sucker rubes out of their actual money. The only open question is how you're going to kys when you realize you've been thoroughly punked and robbed.
