I just made my first trade, @4% gains on COKE ~@184 and sold ~@193. I held for maybe 1-2 months.
Is trading really this easy?

Have you ever heard the saying "everyone is a genius in a bull market" before?
>>

So just make puts when you see markets going down. Am I a genius?

>4% gain in 2 months
WOW congrats making $400 in two months!
That puts you WELL UNDER minimum wage in every non third world country!
>>
>>62569427
The trade i put 1% effort into clicking some buttons on my screen beats wage cucking. You sound like a narcissist faggot.
>>
>>62569465
Wagecucks make that in a couple days I dont think theyre jealous.
>>
>>62569333
No, you still have to pay taxes.
>>
>>62569508
I'm very retarded and this is my forst trade. But I've googled this before and my understanding is I don't have to file it until I get my next tax return.
>>
>>62569527
I meant as far as counting profits, you have to deduct what you're going to pay in taxes on each trade. You're right, you don't have to pay it today, but I wouldn't advise you to try to come up with the money at tax time.

I see, so from any profitable trade. It's safe to set aside 25% of the gains for the taxes, it could be a lot less but it seems like a safe bet to me.

yep.
