Landscaping in a big city area seems like straightforward money. So many people don't want to do it themselves. It's very hard to scale so most businesses are small owner operator shops with a limited amount of yards/routes. Easy to crack into, you do as many as you want or need, can be a fun game of min/maxing since it's all time and route constrained, maybe you get rich and hire a little mexican to start doing it for you.
