>>62574648There doesn't need to be some epic implosion in the mortgage prices for brokers to take a hit. Its a volume business, the more mortgages that get created the more money these people make. If people take out fewer mortgages and smaller ones at that, the brokers see drops in their earnings which is reflected in their stock price.
