I said I watched a video recently which compellingly made the case that its delay is one of multiple preconditions for an extreme benefit to XRP uniquely vs. rest of market exactly when institutions are choosing their structure of build (he doesn't say it in terms of it eventually being passed, but I sort of augment his argument because it naturally follows from it in the condition it is passed after delayed):Here is the video I am citing. It is from someone who was a noteworthy critic of crypto in general and particularly called out XRP in the past but says he in part has changed his mind on XRP in this video.
