I recently got made redundant from my soon to be obselete office jobs and I need a career change. What are some ai proof or at least resistant to AI roles that I can pivot to. I have time and money to retrain now so thats not an issue

Healthcare will be one of the last non ai/robot jobs I would imagine…Nurse/nurse practitioner, respiratory therapist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, shit like that
