>rc buys 7,780,000 shares of BBBY, and $60-$80 strike calls worth 1,670,100 shares in March 2022

>rc sells shares and calls of BBBY in august 2022

>rc has a sitdown with a famous corporate raider, Carl Icahn in october 2022

>rc offers 400 million for BBBY in December 2022

>pitchbook (best M&A software suite in the world, costing 5 figures + per year) lists BBBY(now known as BBBYQ or DK-Butterfly-1) as sold via a leveraged buyout on January 13 2023

>a default on the ABL with JPM happened on the same day that pitchbook shows a leveraged buyout, the terms of that ABL specify that a default is triggered if a change of control happens, a change of control is defined as an acquisition of 40% or more of the voting power by any person or group.

>one month later, February 2023 RC tweets “someone tell the government to stop shooting down my balloons”, alluding to bad actors delaying the Bed Bath m&a

>the GameStop CEO then became a BBBYQ chapter 11 creditor and debtor

>Larry cheng (who helped RC build Chewy, and is a current boardmember at GameStop, and a close personal friend to RC) went onto theppshow podcast (which is dedicated to BBBY recovery theories) 8 months after BBBY filed for chapter 11, and 2 months after shares were cancelled

>OverStock - who is the most famous company to battle illegal naked shorts, who even released a crypto dividend 5 years ago - purchased the BBBY IP, and owns 55% of TZero - the only approved blockchain entity who can issue debt instruments and securities

>OverStock - whos now traded under ticker BBBY - has issued warrants with dates that match GME's warrants, and with a CUSIP-6 that matches BBBYQ's CUSIP-6, proving BBBYQ has already begun m&a activity with BBBY

i lost everything, six figures. at least i can get some schadenfreude out of GME fags getting diluted and that DFV has abandoned them. DFV was the real pumper in both GME and BBBY with his call options strategy creating a gamma ramp. RC just took advantage of the situation and got overconfident with his wannabe warren buffett carl icahn elon musk activist investing larp and left BBBY holders hanging when he didn't get his way with the BBBY board. RC was heavily involved with pulte's teasing, for example RC liked pulte's tweet about how we should remember "only the young" which is complete nonsense unless it's code for something. only the most delusional GME maxis could think that RC is blameless in all of this.
>>
>>62578453
Could be a T Swift reference but given the age and nationalities involved it was probably a Journey quote.

Not their fault their fans are schizophrenic
>>
>>62578468
RC was literally posting cryptic tweets as if creating an ARG and indirectly telling us to buy BBBY. the pulte tweet also had a cryptic tone to it, as if acting out a scene from a movie, it wasn't a normal tweet that could be read at face value. i'm unironically a genius and it just appears that we're schizo because you didn't see it first hand or you're a dumb bluepilled normie.

I have over 1000 BBBY shares show. Just gonna be a comfy boy and lock in some tendies selling calls and enjoy the win-win scenario presented to me: At these prices a 50% gain seems almost negligible. So I might as well be content to buy up as much as I can while we are under $5.

Could be that the shares are still being routed through dark pools but the recent press release from the NSCC (or whoever) about not being responsible for clearing the warrants probably makes them much more susceptible to buy pressure. This is clearly the work of T-celly Wellies if I had to guess.

What has changed because that shows the old (dk butterfly) cusip-6 of the bbby ticker when it should show the Overstock cusip-6 for bbby (until this weekend when they change to nvh or whatever it is)? We'll probably see a LOT of short covering as Teddy is revealed and we see the extent of the M&A and the capital inflows.
At the end of the day, there is a big problem the shorts and market makers have. Is that they may be able to dictate the market price. But when two companies sit down and organize M&A they actually don't use the market maker's valuations for anything. They're going to come out and offer a hell of a lot more for BBBY than $4.44 and therefore the price will adjust instantaneously. It will be like using a $1 bill to buy a $5 bill. That transaction will be instantly profitable and arbitrage traders and algo will literally borrow billions of dollars if it needs to to execute that trade as many times as it can.
That's what aaaaallll of this is crabbing is about. Getting people to walk away because that revaluation will happen instantly. It will snap shut and lock out everyone who hesitated.
The warrants are a bone being tossed to existing shareholders for this exact reason: You won't know what hit you until it happens. Having warrants allows you to increase your position AFTER the fact. This is how they can operate in secret and not leave shareholders feeling like they missed the boat.
>>

>>
>>62592002
Oh, I see, the person on the OTHER side of the trade was up 24,900%.

That seems like it would be an error though right? No matter the strike price, the underlying was still like $4.40 all day.
>>
>>62592027
Options are weird like that. They might show a massive % gain move but that doesn't mean you will have the bid/ask to close your position. I'm sure there is a more technical answer, but I only look at what my broker displays.
>>
>>62592048
There will usually be a bid and ask then you might get a middle value where the last trade executed at somewhere in the middle. Depends on how liquid that option is. If someone had an order for a high amount open maybe it skewed the values toward a really high ask.
>>
>>62591958
We've discussed this in the past but I personally believe you guys are the value of the stock. The memers that follow the stock and put money into it are unironically worth potentially billions.

Look at GME. They'd have been bankrupt years ago if it wasn't for meme stock owners and a meme stock CEO that knows how to leverage that support. So overstock buys BBBYQ, they're actually buying BBBYQs rabid supporters. Keeping you guys hopeful and on the line becomes critical because your support is the entire value of the brand.

So people send out cryptic tweets. Start podcasts, issue warrants. And if not enough of you buy into it they dump you and the brand in the trash

There still seems to be some confusion over the BBBYWS being related to DK-Butterfly/BBBYQ. They are not related, the BBBYWS warrants are for the formerly OSTK/BBBY soon to be NXH. The price action seen today is in no relation to BBBYQ/DK-Butterfly, which was canceled and released with no further force or effect. No one who held it will or can ever receive any thing for it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

That's actually not true. The BBBY warrants used BBBYQ's CUSIP. This proves that the CH11 bankruptcy resulted in a reverse merger between BBBY and BBBYQ. This is what the analysts and pundits are calling The Cusip Conundrum!
>>
>>62592133
>>62592164
That's exactly what I said

Overstock didn't just buy BBBYQ

They bought your trust in RC which is worth billions
>>
>>62592215
You can't issue warrants for a stock that doesn't exist, and former BBBYQ shareholders did not receive any warrants BBBY shareholders did. therefore, you are wrong. CUSIP conundrum debunked.
