What happens when a company finally achieves their mission statement?
They sell out to private equity
>>62586388They make a new one.
>>62586388depends in the US they usually never because they overpromise. But for sensible companies they either:>make money from the business they built (rare)>IPO and sellout >get boughted by a much larger company because they might be a potential contender in 30 years That's about it, it's all fake.
>>62586388They self destruct
>>62586388companies exist to make profit, they dont care about quality, or solving problems, once they get earnings they turn into a profit oriented company. Google could have done photonic computing, or flying cars, or other actual innovative shit, they dont, same goes for westinghouse, general electric, etc... IBM really dropped he ball. in short they become boomers and die slowly, while numbers go up due to devaluation of work.
