Okay, guys, I'm going to to give you my long hold portfolio. Feel free to copy it. Hundreds of hours of work and research has gone into my tweaking it for over the past year. The novice eye will think these are random tickers that are thrown together. But they would be wrong. Every ticker is ther for a strategic purpose and you would have to do as much research as I've done to appreciate it.you might be horrified like tickers being there like CTA because it's performed so poorly, or SCHD that's seemingly randomly thrown in. That's intentional. It's not there to get high returns, it's there for insurance protection, and edge diversfication, and so are the other hedges. Basically, this portfolio is 75% equitis, and 25% hedges, but the hdges actually bring more exposure than they do by simple allocation they're given ERX and YGLD are both 2x and 1.5x leveraged, and the managed futures deploy tactical leverage. Many of the hedges have more functional leveraged exposure even if they don't seem like it.There is one caveat, oil is expensive right now so don't go and buy leveraged energy, substitute itPeople will make fun of it, but the people that do just don't know what they're talking about. I do welcome any criticism from people that understand the positions, but I doubt anyone will because many of these are niche funds. The combined fees aren't very cheap, but that's mostly due to the hedges. Leveraged funds and managed futures aren't cheap. That's just th cost of insurance. I'm not trying to maximise return with my hedges.
