My game sold well and I have divided substantial amounts to my close family and have set aside 2 million euros for investment and a 100k for a nice used reliable monohull up to 15 meters long.
I need one of you autists to tell me how you make your money work and for a long time.
I need probably 20k a year for everything since i will do most repairs myself since i am an engineer and dont plan to dock since i will spend most of my time on the boat. Hiw do i make 2 mil return 20ish k a year?
Or do i set 500k aside for higher return - day trading stuff and leave 1.5 mil for the broad diversification? Anyone here in a sinilar situation that has a working method already? I' m white if it matters.

You aren’t going to listen to me, but what you should do is take bare minimum 500k of that and buy gold and silver. Buy productive farm land and lease it with some (assuming you can do that in Europe). Any other physical assets that wil be hard to acquire in the coming years (solar/batteries), strive for self sufficiency so you can opt out of the literal fuckin end game hell the jews are prepping to unleash. Bugout cabin with stockpiled food ammo etcetera. Take the last million and put it in short term gov bonds/tbills/CDs (whatever the equivalent is in Europe). I’m sure it’s at least 3.5%, that’s 35k annually right there. Just buy some rental properties near a uni w cash, there’s your endless income. You don’t even deal with the landlord bullshit have someone else manage it.

Don’t put any significant money in the bank anon, whatever you do. I don’t care if it’s FDIC insured (euro equivalent). The world is your oyster anon, don’t fuck it up. Enjoy the sailing anon and best of luck

I was gonna buy an amount of precious metals and a gun definitely., my bugout is the boat tho. I plan to live out my life on it. Rental's I have an agreement with my mother since she has one already, I bought one in the same building, she manages both, bought one vacation house for my sister since she lives on the shore and is already renting our childhoos vacation house, so i do have 2 rentals managed by others. But no money in the bank? Do I go All rentals? My mom could deal with a lot more in Zagreb, the one i bought i did so mom and dad have a nice income stream.. but i fear the growing negative sentiment of renties... farmland sounds a lot better. From what I understand, buy big patch of fertile land, rent out to commercial farmers? Then maybe only high risk short term stuff for trading?

I would kill for a boat like this. Baffles the mind people still spend millions on houses in 2026 when you can live away from EVERYONE for a fraction of that.
