So first of all I told you retards to buy ACB at 2.75 and now it's at 3.78 with an open offer from Curaleaf to buy it at $4.00 or whatever. Why? Because their market cap was like 60% of the net assets and half of that was cash. That's just luck though, I didn't expect a pop so soon and they'll probably reject the deal so it will retrace, but it could go through and if you had listened to me you'd have made a reasonable gain. The entire sector is beat to shit. They diluted investors to stay solvent, got hammered after repeated hype and disappoint cycles, and most people just said fuck it and moved out of the sector entirely. Now is the time to buy. Pick any of the top companies. Shit you can buy NLCP and just collect 10-12% dividends as long as the sector is in a slump. That's better than 90% of you will ever do if you reinvest it. That company has less essentially zero debt.Trulieve, Greenthumb, Cresco, and so many others have gotten the absolute piss kicked out of them. Meanwhile Gen Z isn't drinking alocohol and Cannabis is quickly becoming the new primary intoxicant of a generation. Do you really think that's going to stop? Do you really think that legalization isn't going to proceed? Finally, the 280E exemptions are beginning to kick in which will make ALL these companies much more profitable. November is just around the corner and the 1 year grace period for the 2018 farm bill loophole closing (shutdown bill late last year). This means THCa products will now be banned. That's a 28 billion dollar industry. Most of that is going back into the legal sector, and their lobbying will, at the very least, create another hype cycle if you want to buy and exit. The more likely scenario is that they successfully extend the grace period, things continue as normal, the 280E writeoffs hit balance sheets, and both sides of the industry continue to grow. Now is the time to buy. Retards will say "but the chart is down" because you buy high and sell nothing.
