>VOO
General US stock market
>VXUS
World stock market excluding the US
>SCHD
Generally goes up when VOO goes down, pays small dividends
>SCYB and JEPI
Pays high dividends consistently and goes up when the market tanks

25/25/25/12.5/12.5 percent split between the five. Don't withdrawal any of it. Only add to the stocks that are down. Don't buy stocks that are rising. Add a little each week. You can't time the market so don't try. Avoid anything that mentions leverage, long, short, call, and put. Avoid "guru's". You don't know what you're doing.

The point of ETFs is admitting you know nothing. You can't research 100s of companies to pick the winners from the losers. Vanguard, Schwab, State Street, etc do. And generally they find more winners than losers.
In today's world, you need a hedge against everything. Hence a mag 7 and friends US based ETF, world ETF, anti-mag 7 ETF, and anti-recession ETF. All of these counter each other. So in good years and bad you get high average returns. Obviously you could full port to VOO for 20% return every year . . . except the months / year the US stock market shits the bed.
