Be homeless. It's easy to fake having a home in most jobs, just say you live where your parents live. Get food from food banks. The biggest sources of bad smell are your anus and pits, and you can wash those at your job's bathroom. Only buy food at your work, otherwise use food banks. The only downside is that you need a big bag to store some clothes and a thick bed top.
