i'm a 2021cel who lost a 6 figure portfolio and now applying to jobs for the 1st time (in a 3rd world country)
How do you psychologically handle going from making 5 figure profit in the press of a button, to working 30 hours a week for 800 dollars?

800 x 4 = 3200

i want to know why so many morons make 30/hr or more when i never made more than 20. i feel like ive been fucked by employers my whole life.

You realize that bullshitting your way through life can only get you so far and the truth is always eventually revealed with consequences.
Doesn't matter if you were just a pawn in a chess game of bullshit or the mastermind of bullshit.
Time to do what you should have done from the beginning. Work a job that actually benefits society in some manner.

those jobs require permission slips from academia.
>>
>>62606938
Wrong.
Even a McDonalds employee is benefiting society by serving hamburgers.
OP likely lost some bullshit job that doesn't actually help society at the end of the day, but he got convinced by a certain group that it was a sick hustle. Probably some shit like marketing or scamming.

by that definition practically any service job "actually benefits society in some manner". thats way too broad a definition. i dont think doordash cretins benefit society.
>>
>>62606949
Why is that "too broad a definition?"
Yes that includes things like doordash. It's a service that benefits someone who wants food delivered to them as a service.
OP probably lost some bullshit job that didn't deserve to be a job in the first place, as I said, such as scamming old people, marketing, pushing papers around a desk unnecessarily, etc.

>some bullshit job that didn't deserve to be a job in the first place
thats exactly how i feel about doordash
>>

It's good timing we are close to the bottom. Realise your paycheck is 10x if you save it and invest correctly. So you're actually getting $8000 for 30 hours work. This game has peaks and valleys

you queer faggot gtfo off /biz/
>>

>m-muh feelings
Didn't ask. Don't care.
No I do not, have not, and never will use a delivery service like doordash because I distrust them, but that doesn't mean other people won't use them, especially all those fat fucks who have money and lack the energy to stand up and walk to their car.

I made it and moved to SEA. I don't have to work but I found an online job that pays $100 per hour. All I have to do is critique science-related Powerpoints that AI generated but I can't stand to do it for more than 10 hours per week. 11 years ago I would've been grinding this out for 40 hours a week no problem.
