how do i deal with the sudden realization that i peaked at my workplace years ago?

i've been working an office job for 10 years now
up until last year i was on team X, sitting in a nice big room with the boys, enjoying a good view and having a good time

but last year i was transferred to team Y in the basement
tired and stressed coworkers, small rooms and no view at all

there is no chance of me getting back to team X, so should i just start looking for a new job?

You should always be looking for a new job. Employers have no fidelity towards employees.

there is no need to look if the job is good
but mine isn't anymore

I think you know the answer to your question already.
