Depends on what you mean by rich.
The actually rich?
Stressful because of constant work managing multiple businesses, social obligations, spending a lot of money to "appear" rich so you can fit in with the other really rich people (buying yatch, rich people clubs, fancy dinners, expensive cars, large amounts of donations etc. etc.).
The people who make a shitton working a job but still live around normal people (200k-300k a year) live a very easy life because they buy/do stuff normal people do and aren't held to the super high standards of actually rich people. That allows them to save so much more money and be less stressed about finance than even most really rich people.

Your wanting a specific answer but its more like this.

What do you think driving a Ferrari is like John?

Johns experience might be different to yours and different to 100 other people.

Probably best not to take advice on this from a anonymous message board unless they can give specifics.

I'm rich in Mexico with 400k to my name. The funny thing is once you have money you don't really want anything. Like I can buy anything a normal human would want within reason, food, sex, material items, etc. At a certain point you read some philosophy and realize should I keep working or should I start living. The real wealth is your relationships with friends, family, your kids, your spouse etc.

Sorry this is /biz/ you should yeet your life savings into my crypto ponzi scheme! Or uh, chainlink will surely boom this week, year, or century!

It's ignoring the fact that almost everone making more than 200k is a business owner and after expenses and taxes $500k in gross receipts is about $30k and you qualify for welfare

If you're in business making less than a million a year you're in poverty

I'm worth about a million on paper which isn't rich rich but still quite well off compared to most people and I still think carefully about purchases and try to save money where I can and go on cheap holidays. And I don't treat people with $200 to their name worse than anyone else.

I guess I've got more of a sense of security, if a disaster happened I would probably be able to deal with it. But I was brought up without much money and I've always known its value. It's not that money makes you happy but it can certainly remove various miseries.
