>somehow this goes to a paypal account from this website
>some books are returned and they send me back money via paypal
>money never arrives

been trying to fight this shit for months now, but they just claim they sent it via paypal, my bank confirms I received no money

Paypal also doesn't help me

what can I do to get my money back? I sent them a threat that if they don't send the money to my account I will contact the fiscal authorities and consumer protection to pay me back my damned 278 euros

but realistically, can I do something?
