Banks begin to fail, and then you get real panic. 50% of federal revenue comes from individual income taxes, so I'm not sure how the hell the feds plan to "grow" out of this with everyone retiring and being replaced by AI agents that don't pay income tax. Taxing increased corporate profitability and capital gains (from AI) won't make up for the loss of income taxes
