It isn't just the debt. The power needed for all these data centers is absolutely impossible. I was watching a video showing how the highest energy usage day ever for the entire state of Texas was 90ish Gigawatts. Texas alone has over 400 Gigawatts of data centers planned to be built. They are nearly going to 5x the power consumption of the entire state with data centers alone. Yet they have no real.plns to build that many powerplants and expand the grid. It's fucking retarded.
