I have a crazy conspiracy regarding datacenters: these are not built mainly for surveillance but for foremost financial reasons! yes, money, greed, that's the main reason.
think about it, the GameStop sneeze happens in 2021 then you have
>covid ppp loans to bail out all the failing banks and hedge funds and cover up the ensuing financial crisis with a global pandemic
>then during the shitshow chatgpt is released to the public, giving everybody a new toy to play with
AI (used by the military since 2012) is made the big buzzword and it's a convenient new tech craze and bubble which can justify the forever melt-up and trillions of dollars being shifted around in big circle jerk while the k-shaped economy gap widens and the dow jones keeps rising, essentially all of this is just another 2008 style bailout for the inner circle of government approved mega-corporations while the general public is not just excluded from the monetary benefits but many are fired "because of AI". this turns out to be bs of course and the real reason is to reduce spending on labor and rehire people are year later for less money and less benefits, this is how you tighten the belt for the public but continue the feast for the financial mafia.
ok, until here this is just the usual continuous multi-trillion bailouts but it gets crazier: the datacenters are not for AI or surveillance but mainly to run financial stock market simulations, yes, it's just hedge funds and banks trying to keep the naked shorts open and the dollar alive and the stock bubble growing all by gaining a slight trading edge over non-US traders with pure scale, quantitative arbitrage trading (mainly against china, russia, and the EU).
think about it: AI is officially not profitable yet they keep pumping money into it. all they are doing is shift around a giant hot potato. next they are going to shift the 40T debt into BTC to evaporate the debt. everything will continue to melt-up:
all because of GameStop.

The mad dash to set up data centers looks to me like someone is trying to use the credit bubble of A.I. and then transfer those credit investments to real world arable land with water rights in tow. It's pretty obvious the dollar is dead and very few people are going to come out and just tell you it's all fucked. Buying up resources using debt is a good way for people to "cash out" of the paper-ponzi. It's the exact same as taking your paycheck and buying silver. You put your hands on the real-world goods because all of the power of the banking system resides in their ability to dilute dollars.
Alan Greenspan admits it in this quote. To the extent you participate in the system is more you expose yourself to their confiscatory powers.

Maybe he will, but remember that to do so would destroy the banking system and create massive inflation. So once shit is totally fucked will you see student loans and mortgages defaulted on. Which is why everyone's biggest concern about MOASS, if it happens, will be to retain the maximum amount of value that you can. If you sell for dollars into a hyperinflationary event you could lose big. When May 2024 hit, I placed an order for $15,000 of silver that same day.

Who cares? We dont need the current economic system where transnational satanic Jews extract a tithe off every action you ever take financially. You can't bake bread and sell it without going to jail. Fuck America, fuck the Jews leading it, and fuck all the low IQ jarheads who beat their wives and happily kill people for baking bread without a government permission slip.

>$15,000 silver
Based monster pussy I mean monster box enjoyer. I expect minimum wage to rebalance with the gold standard and shoot up to around $150/hr. No inflation needed, just clawing shekels out if the hands of transnational satanic elites.
>>
>>62620444
>I expect minimum wage to rebalance with the gold standard and shoot up to around $150/hr.
I've long suspected that if everyone had an extra zero at the end of their hourly rate, no one would feel financially strangled. Guess that means that is the actually fair value of our labor, and the fact that life costs 10x more than it did 60 years ago is proof that we're all being robbed blind.

The dollar system wouldn't work if it wasn't also impoverishing you. Without taxes and inflation it would be way too easy to just work for a few years and buy some bonds and then just kick back and do nothing.
1 - Healthcare is a scam to allow the system to default on individuals and not the bonds.
2 - Social Security is a plan to soak up your income in a benefit but denies you that money to buy your own bonds you can pass on to your family. So when the tax cattle dies they don't continue owning 7% of every labor hour they did in their entire life.
3 - taxes out of the ass on everything are needed to pay for bills.
4 - spread the work is s scam impoverish the productive classes but give money to the useless eaters who can participate in spending on food and services. So productive work is being used to subsidize people who do no work.
It's all over the place.

Have you contacted Pitchbook and informed them of this discrepancy? Because every other financial institution has Ryan Cohen no longer involved in anything having to do with the bankrupt entity now known as DK-Butterfly.

https://pitchbook.com/about

They may want to know that their software for mergers and acquisitions is causing errors and confusion.
>>
>>62621727
Wow if pitchbook as a corporation is acting as a publisher and spreading misinformation then they should be seen as liable financially. Good thing social media is a platform so the host isnt responsible for user opinions, like reddit and 4chan.
>>
>>62621738
Ryan Cohen really needs to talk to them if their software is reporting that his acquisition of BBBYQ/DK-Butterfly was successful and that he now owns all of it.
Ryan himself said that his views of the company changed and he sold. Pitchbooks whole reputation could be undone by
them reporting erroneous data involving a bankrupt towel store.
Anyone in finance shouldn't be relying on Pitchbooks data all until this is sorted out.

the biggest unknown of moass is whether we get hyperinflation or hyper deflation. If they make printer go brrrr to pay us we get inflation and holding cash gets you fucked while holding assets gives you a ton of value. If they let things collapse and default we get deflation ssets crash in value and holding cash is the correct move.

50% the cost of every item is taxes when added up across the supply chain, and thats not including a 900% inflation if you count by purchasing power. Minimum wage should be $150/hr priced by gold compared to 1970.

$16 as support was invalidated when the price failed to stay above it in 2023. Since then, the fact that the price bounced at $17 in 2024 instead of going to $16 would suggest that $17 is potentially the actual support.
Also it's laughable that you would suggest $12.50 is somehow a support line despite the price barely spending any time there.

yes and no. it's not a real thing for GameStop because it is transitioned from exciting meme stock to the most boring most crabby long term value investor stock after the realization set in that causing short squeezes is illegal and prevented by the entire might and force of the system. there is a zero chance of moass in GME but that being said: line will go up just not in the squeeze kind of way but the traditional fundamentals way.
that said: moass IS real but everywhere except for GME because the naked shorts have to shift the massive amount of debt around like a hot potato! this is why the darkpool prices are moasisng, why "AI" is moassing, why housing is moassing, why the national debt is moassing, why bitcoin will soon be moassing, the moass is real but has been shifted to non-retail accessible financial instruments allowing the cabal to just shift the pile of I.O.U.s from one asset class to the next to avoid the collapse.
i hope this answer helps you understand the big picture a bit better.

My prediction is deflation and the govt offer's some kind of bond or new treasury(probably with idk some crypto shit stapled on because why not) that can be staked against a loaned gme(from long holders) until a maturation period in exchange for this now increasingly valuable cash to hold.

Second thought on this: As a "pls don't riot" measure, they cancel income taxes and assign back previously paid ones in a one time jubilee/holiday to essentially repay themselves through people trying to negate debt(pure suicide for real mode in a deflationary economy) and returning their own super dollars back to the treasury that needs em now more than ever.

KEK. Can someone explain this? I believe
>bonds are a way to give USD to the government as a loan. You get a few % interest as a reward, normally below inflation rate.
>US bonds being sold means investors arent confident in USD.

physical vidya is the new gold.
some guy had his nes cartridge collection stolen, a few hundred of them, and it was supposedly worth over $150k!
this is what they don't want you to know: all the old crap from your childhood is appreciating faster than AI tech stocks. not even talking about pokemon cards and other collectibles but this is why they are trying to fud physical games so much. all the big studios like rockstar, bethesda, and valve are all complicit in the corporate attempt to digitize everything, including games. they are amazon is destroying physical rare books to scan them in, scrap yards are instructed to destroy old cars and appliances without control chips in them, reverse atms are now taking your physical cash to hand you a plastic card with digital money on it: vidya is just part of the puzzle.
think about it: physical media means ownership and they want you to own nothing. physical media is also a longterm value store, an asset to survive hyperinflation. GameStop was marked by the epstein forever shorts (as taken from the emails) to cellarbox this vidya physical asset retail business into bankruptcy.
think about it further: we have the technology to create super-cartridges, physical media never even saw it's true peak and potential manifested. if people were free to build their own consoles they could easily do it but that's about as illegal as trying to build your own g*ns.
TLDR: incredibly bullish for GameStop
>>
>>62629073
It doesn't matter, because most of GME sales revenue is coming from collectibles, but it is hilarious that Rockstar is probably shitting themselves that a free version of their game is possibly going to get leaked. Lol. Lmao. Fuck them.

They could always release the physical games at a higher price, you know. This is what they did for Baldur's Gate 3.

They won't even give us that because the margins are even higher for a digital $80 game. Its all fucking greed, and I hate it. I've been playing emulators and PC recomps for the last few months, and I'm having a great time.

I never said sell GME to but warrants you illiterate retard.

I said sell GME and excise warrants.

If GME is $10,000 and you have 100 GME and 200 gmeWS, the correct move to to sell the GME and excise the warrants to have 200 GME and $790,000 after taxes

If GME was $10000 you'd sell only need to sell one to excercise just under 300 warrants
>>
>>62630543

If GME is $10,000 then you can sell 1 warrant for more than the price of 1 GME and then exercise without selling any actual shares.

That’s your choice, but there’s only like 50 million warrants and that supply will rapidly go down when the price is above $32.

Gee I wonder if the security created as a response to GameStop issuing warrants so a “like kind” security existed which was necessary for a TRS to suppress the price of gmews to prevent a short squeeze of gmews is priced organically, or if it is pumped as a direct means to suppress gmews?

Sure is silly to talk about bbbyws in here without discussing the fact that it was created as a desperate response to cohens move. First the shills lied and said that even though it was created after gmews, that it MUST HAVE been done in cahoots with cohen (fucking zero chance cohen would do something so retarded). Then the shills panicked and said that swaps using warrants was preposterous, and THEN five minutes later they proposed that not only were they brilliant to discover that warrant swaps were possible, but it was a completely random warrant no one had ever heard of, and couldn’t POSSIBLY be bbbyws.

That was one of my favorite looks behind the curtain that’s ever happened in these threads. Watching them fuck up, and crisis manage in real time was fascinating

If it isnt gme or gmews it doesnt belong here because literally EVERYTHING else besides the one stock brought up in these threads has been a paid shill campaign that went to zero

A total return swap against GMEWS is the only thing that makes sense. The CEO that issued that security should be investigated for federal RICO trying to suppress GMEWS.

Funny how for normal people its guilty until proven innocent. For wealthy people its innocent until proven guilty, plus guilty is a small fine anyways.

You don't even have a cohesive explanation that ties together your swap theory. You're just saying "swaps" so you can hide behind the vagueness of the instrument. And nice projection in saying bathbarons move the goalposts on the warrants, as if shilltards didn't blatantly say Lemonis switched the CUSIP cause he got tired of us "bothering him," even though the original talking point was he intentionally left the CUSIP the same (???) so he could fool us into buying his warrants. Make it make sense.

So the company most famous for battling naked shorts bought the bed bath ip and released the warrants to… help naked short sellers against GameStop? Holy disingenuous posting right there. The GameStop ceo is a bbbyq creditor and co-debtor, and bbbyq shared a cusip-6 with the bbby warrants for 10 months, and now nxh and bbbyq are still connected through the “global cusip system”, aka figi. The GameStop ceo was successful in acquiring bbbyq, and Larry cheng went onto an obscure bbbyq recovery theory podcast AFTER shares were cancelled. The signals that the GameStop ceo sent to retail that bbbyq was in play were voluminous, this is why doug cifu lost his mind so bad he was barred from hockey and force retired (fired) from virtu.

They have to slide gme with something, and the same faggots doing it here are working overtime keeping the split thread alive with the same bullshit images and talking points, then while gme is past bump limit they're just bring all that old dogshit to the top of the catalog.

Of course they wont address Overstock is under totally different management. I don't think any of his appointees are still there, but they don't need any of that to bump and slide a thread.
>>
>>62631694
It's likely sliding because gme is at a critical area and they don't want new people to come to these threads and learn about the opportunity. These days it genuinely feels like March/April 2024. I think gme will be more exciting when this gay vwap window ends in September. Until then, the threads will continue to be slid.

The pricing window officially ends September 23. gamestop's next earnings will happen before this though, likely the second week of September. Mark my words, there is a very big reason why towelfags are very desperate to tie RC to their bankruptcy as often as possible.
When the bankruptcy officially ends and it becomes 100% clear that towelfags get nothing (as already been determined), they will begin the fud campaign that they been preparing for for years:
>RC abandoned the towel investors so he will screw over gme investors!
They will spam the gme threads nonstop about how RC betrayed them and how he will betray gme holders too.
Notice how the towelfags constantly need to post about how they trust RC. It's always been an elaborate build up to eventually throw him under the bus and fud gme.
RC was never obligated to save the towelfags. He couldn't get what he wanted so he moved on. The towelfags failed to exit when he did.

The biggest difference between GameStop and Bags Bonds and Longgone is that on GameStop the shorts were wrong. It was a good business be run poorly, and now it’s a good business being run well.

When the shorts got caught out on a bad trade the first thing they tried was to claim DFV orchestrated an attempt to buy a stock solely to fuck up market plumbing. They pulled him in front of congress and tried to trick him into saying that he only bought to cause a short squeeze. Instead he said he thought it was a great company and he would buy more at these prices.

They had no response for this. They tried to prove that anyone who bought GameStop was trying to cause a short squeeze, but because of company fundamentals and DFV’s brilliant appearance they lost this ability completely.

According to these demented fucks, when you can’t control something, you are supposed to create something you have complete control of and then conflate the two.

Bed bath and beyond was a dogshit company. It was so bad that their own C Suite was publicly saying that bankruptcy was the only possible outcome. Cohen tried to buy in and turn it around but they refused, sealing the companies fate and destroying any possible turnaround or argument that investing in the company would be profitable.

Because of this, they finally had their case. They had the proof that any buying of BBBY was done with the sole purpose of causing a short squeeze and that those buying it were admitting as much online. I’m sure they even used payment for order flow to “prove” buys surrounded Reddit posts calling to orchestrate a short squeeze on a company everyone admitted was dog shit.

The last part of the plan was to spam GME discussion spaces with bbby slop so that they could point to it and say “see, they didn’t buy GameStop because they think it’s a sound investment because they just bought bbby to cause a squeeze “

It’s why they use literaly copy pasted spam. It’s never been about having a conversation. It’s been about forcing the appearance we are having a conversation so they can continue to claim anyone investing in gme also participated in trying to orchestrate a bbby squeeze.

This gives them some sort of blank check to keep naked shorting GameStop LEGALLY to “protect” markets from us.

Anyone posting about bbby in the GameStop discussion spaces is paid to do so. It’s as logical a conclusion as deep value investment in GameStop

Also your use of "they" is incredibly important. Remember this is about ALL GME holders bring criminals. A vague class of investors being declared criminals. Securities fraud requires specific people doing specific actions. Their goal is to declare all GME holders a genetic class of criminals based on evidence THEY fabricated in relation to BBBYQ.

crazy that in the words of Alan Greenspan himself: "no agency of government can overrule actions that we [the FED] take", the FED was caught printing dollars they weren't supposed to print in the post WW2 era, and the world called the FED's bluff, and europe started pulling back gold reserves and dumping dollars (back then the price of gold was fixed and you could turn in dollars to the government directly and they had to give you gold) because everyone knew the FED was printing way more dollars than they had gold to back, prompting the system to instruct Nixon to axe gold convertibility, birthing the modern gold less fiat system.

To this day, over 110 years after the FED's formation, nobody but the private group running it has TRULY seen its books and what kind of shit they have going on behind the scenes. It is not difficult to imagine they have printed dollars and injected them into banks under secret projects to prop the failing system up before.

Yeah I’ll throw that down,
it’s Jason Bourne in town, and if you 18, I’m rounding up to dos-oh-pound.

Gamestop only has 1 set of warrants. If any others are tracking its price action its because they were opened after the fact to suppress GMEWS, and should be seen as hostile.

I wonder why the GameStop CEO is so deeply involved with BBBYQ to this day?

>>62636035
holy fuckn kek, how has cifu not sued the site owner yet?
>>
>>62636024
Imagine. I don't think he has enough cash to do so, but it would be insanely based if he did. It's a very risky play though, he would basically be gambling that GME will be stellar in Sept. and early Oct.
>>
>>62636144
RC isnt involved with BBBYQ. The business doesnt exist. You can't be involved business wise with a business that doesnt exist. How do you CEO a company with no employees?

>>62636164
It might be I bet RC has a plan. He can always extend them.

>rc buys 7,780,000 shares of BBBY, and $60-$80 strike calls worth 1,670,100 shares in March 2022

>rc sells shares and calls of BBBY in august 2022

>rc has a sitdown with a famous corporate raider, Carl Icahn in october 2022

>rc offers 400 million for BBBY in December 2022

>pitchbook (best M&A software suite in the world, costing 5 figures + per year) lists BBBY(now known as BBBYQ or DK-Butterfly-1) as sold via a leveraged buyout on January 13 2023

>a default on the ABL with JPM happened on the same day that pitchbook shows a leveraged buyout, the terms of that ABL specify that a default is triggered if a change of control happens, a change of control is defined as an acquisition of 40% or more of the voting power by any person or group.

>one month later, February 2023 RC tweets “someone tell the government to stop shooting down my balloons”, alluding to bad actors delaying the Bed Bath m&a

>the GameStop CEO then became a BBBYQ chapter 11 creditor and debtor

>Larry cheng (who helped RC build Chewy, and is a current boardmember at GameStop, and a close personal friend to RC) went onto theppshow podcast (which is dedicated to BBBY recovery theories) 8 months after Bed Bath filed for chapter 11, and 2 months after shares were cancelled

>OverStock - who is the most famous company to battle illegal naked shorts, who even released a crypto dividend 5 years ago - purchased the BBBY IP, and owns 55% of TZero - the only approved blockchain entity who can issue debt instruments and securities

>OverStock - whos now traded under ticker NXH - has issued warrants with dates that match GME's warrants, and with a CUSIP-6 that matches BBBYQ's CUSIP-6 (for 10 months, now the CUSIP changed, which is an even bigger clue), proving BBBYQ has already begun m&a activity with BBBY, the FIGI now connects NXH and BBBYQ

Looks like RC wanted BBBYQ and it appears by all social and data metrics, he succeeded. Sorry shilly but your silo walls fall a little more each day.
>>
>>62636170
>It might be I bet RC has a plan. He can always extend them.
That would not only be extremely based, but also antisemitic. He would basically be saying that the GME bear thesis has finally been slaughtered.
>>
I just wanted to sell a 09 October Put but the entire chain looks empty.
2nd Oct and 16th Oct look normal, can someone else confirm/explain or just me? Could this be because of the Warrants?
