buy SOXL or stay poor

You’ve got all the time in the world, anon. At work, I look after a 99-year-old lady; she’s completely sharp mentally—she just has trouble moving around—but with medical advances, you’ll easily live to be 120. Accumulate.
>>
>>62632066
wtf nigga
>>
>>62632066
i'm in the same boat, but i'm 10 years younger. we earn about the same too.
now would be a good time to buy btc and gold.
how much are your bills? DCA £250 per month into BTC, if you can afford it. and understand you wont touch it until the next bullmarket even if that takes 4 years.
>>
Make more money. Investing is for people with so much money laying around it's worth their time to figure out the best way to grow it, or they can just throw it in the s&p and make a meaningful amount of money from 10-20% annualized returns
>b-b-b-b-but-
I get it, growing any small amount of money can be meaningful. But you could be forced to spend all those 2400 pounds on a medical emergency or some other random expense. You should be figuring out how to get to 10k minimum before you even think of "investing". Gambling is a different story tho
>>
>Read 28
>Actually 38
Bro how? Figure out a way to make 50k minimum wtf
>>
>>62632066
>just turned 38
>earn £28k a year
It's over unless you drastically increase your income, forget investing.
>>
You are fucked, but only because you're still a coom brain that watches hentai at the age of 38.

The first step is most important anon.
Just scrounge up what you can afford to lose and invest every month.
After a few years, you'll be glad you did it anyway
>>
>>62632066
If I was in your position I’d personally “drop out of society and hermit in the woods” max. You can live a pretty comfy and cool life in nature in the cheap, it will be lonely and you might have to work a couple months of the year for some spending money but it’s a hell of a lot better than waging full time and still being a loser
>>
>>62632066
God damn I wish it was 2018 again
Actually wait, I wish I was in highschool again
>>
>>62632066
how are you making so little at nearly 40?
>>
>>62632066
Pretty fucked. I'm 38 and make nearly twice what you make and have 8-10 years worth of income in net worth.
>>
>>62632066
Geez we're the same age and I've made more than that just from collecting options premiums this year. You bongs got it down bad.

Did you miss the part where OP is British?
>>
>>62634907
Nope, £28k is absolutely fuck all here.
His take home pay presuming no student loans and some pension contribution is about £1900 a month.
That might get him a 2 bed place in the nastiest of paki shitholes while just about being able to afford to eat after bills are paid.

Here's a more recent map.
>£28k is absolutely fuck all here.
Statistically, it isn't. The UK is a poor country. It's like white Malaysia if Singapore wasn't independent.
>>
>>62632066
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being it's over. You're about a 1, we're so back.
>>
>>62632066
is that after or before taxes?
how much of it can you save a month?
either way its wise to save money and you're not in debt which is good.
>>
>>62632104
Did you fuck her?
>>
>>62632066
Dnr but godlike fat distribution in picrel
>>
>>62635068
You can post all the charts you like about income, they don't factor in a myriad of things about peoples wealth.
>>
>>62635099
Ok sure I'm sure all those people earning less than £25k in Sunderland and Newport have £1.5mm in an ISA because these numbers include "unearned" income.
No matter the statistical reality, there is always some absurd cope.
>y-yeah we might only earn £27k on average b-but it's ok because muh nhs or something
Just face it, the UK has turned into Russia with more brown people.
>>
>>62632066
I mean you're pretty much fucked
>>
Not everything is investing, I'm sure you had other life experiences as well, you can just start investing now.
>hurr I didn't make it by 30
Who gives a shit, most anons who make it end up depressed neets
>>
>>62635431
do you think she'd let a 35 year old bald white man suck her tits and lick her pits?
>>
>>62635435
I don't think how you look matters more than the amount of money you have.
>>
>>62632066
>angloid
It's fucking over for you bro. Deservedly so too. Doubly so in fact since you're a Rikkafag
>>
>>62632066

>>
>>62632066
you're british
who fucking cares about investing, you'll get a cushy little retirement because of your nannystate
investing is for americans because we are forced to fund our own retirements
>>
>>62632066
you're me except i have 100k instead of 2400 euro. I've currently started trying to teach myself a side hustle that could make me 6 figs hopefully ontop of my min shit part time job. If i fail hopefully then at the very least i have skills that could land me a real job if i ever desire it.
>>
>>62634907

And let me guess, average instead of median? Lel
>>
>>62632066

Whoa what a cushy retirement!
Totally worth what it costs in taxes too.
>>
>>62632066
You can still accumulate BTC, native stake it and watch it grow.

It's never too late to start investing, except maybe you're in your 90s kek

How do you have so little, do you spend it all on materialistic slop? Anyway, don't keep this much in £s. Only the bare minimum for essential expenses and invest the rest.

Welcome to europe and sucking off the gov's tax cock.
Ever wondered why almost no millionaires exist in europe aside from political ones? lmao
>>

When you have social services and a healthy public sector you don't need as much money. Brits have free healthcare and the council does a lot. It's called Socialism.
