Funny enough, the moving averages don't really matter at all. What really matters is the structure of the price movement.
Specifically, a lower swing high which creates a new lower swing low, and off that new lower lower the price challenges the old swing high. From the new challenged equal highs the price will create a new low which is roughly equal to the previous swing low (not the newest low, but the one preceding it).

That's the pattern BTC has been making since forever when the new bull run begins. You can see it as far back as 2013. (and maybe earlier, if you have a good chart)
The moving averages just give you a rough idea of where you'd expect to see that pattern take place.
