Pretty serious about it as 90% of my salary each month is invested.No I don't sit in front of the computer or panic about anything because it's in index funds.
It takes years to learn enough to become a consistently profitable trader. But once you get there, trading is mostly a waiting game. You look at charts for an hour or two, set the trades and then go live your life until your buy/sell orders are hit.
