The 2 Franc might be Silver, check the date on that one to see if it's from 1967 or earlier.
Besides that most of the rest look like really common stuff that should be sold by the pound, either on Ebay or at a coin shop.

Honestly, there's a couple others that look like they could be Silver, but are too blurry or obscured to make out. He should sort through them and post the ones he suspects may be Silver here for us to identify.
I'm seeing what looks to be a Dutch 1/4 Gulden, a George V Canadian Dime and possible Canadian Half, but there isn't enough detail to say anything for certain.
