>>62644069>what is the practical implication of having a monero and btc address linked if the previous or subsequent xmr transactions can't be deanonymized? It's easier to follow you than you think.Imagine running bare assed through a tunnel. Anyone with a bird's eye view of the tunnel can see you running in and out of said tunnel, along with anyone else going through the tunnelNow imagine running through the tunnel in a full green man suit. Anyone with a bird's eye view will see some weirdo in a green man suit running through one end and coming out the other. If they're any good, you'll leak enough metadata (your height, your body shape, your stride, etc) that they'll still tell it's you, so switching to a blue man suit in the middle of the tunnel to throw them off won't help much, nor would running through the tunnel with a bunch of other guys dressed in green/blue man suits. You'd only benefit from running through the tunnel with a bunch of other people wearing green man suits that also hid all of your leaked metadata, both from each other and anyone with a bird's eye view of the tunnel
something is wrongwe aren't supposed to pump like this
Wait how do I cash out?
>>62644929I agree. I am extremely frightened and concerned. I am an agorist so I absolutely hate making money. It makes me seethe. How do we know that this pump was actually the result of the bake sale I planned last week? It could have been those DAMNED SPECULATORS. You can’t see me right now but I am absolutely fuming with rage. Steam is coming out of my ears.I am so angry the voluntary free market is being broken by people who didn’t EARN XMR by selling embroidered pillows on xmrbazaar.
>>62644929Don't worry, they'll find some new fud campaign soon. >>62645012Fuck off, moonfag.

What's the best way to get XMR without KYC in Australia? In the past I've bought BTC/LTC from an exchange and swapped in Cake wallet but want an option without it being tied to me. I've looked at Retoswap but no options for cash in Australia at least.

>>62644756Yeah I know. Im just retarded. Just got money though and sent some to kraken. Im hoping i dont miss out on too much pump T_T
So Iran and China are pumping XMR imo. Thoughts on the catalyst?
>>62645802I agree 2500-2700 is the short-mid term target based on the TA.I think it maybe dips from there to the 1500 territory but honestly it will only be temporary. Couple months at most. By end of 2027 I could see 5000+ and we keep going from there. This is like bitcoin early days only the liquidity access and genuine demand is totally different. People thought Bitcoin was interesting but people actually need Monero. There’s no long term price target I think is too crazy. This is the real deal.
>>62645012>I am an agorist so I absolutely hate making money. Agorists by definition make money, you fucking imbecile.

>>62646314>>62646388
>>62644915FUCK why did it pump, I dont get paid til next week and I was planning to slurp more XMR. Aaaaaaaa wait for me.
>>62646624Never wait to buy XMR, it's a pump coin
>>62645594>What? I'm supposed to use something besides a jewish platform?
>>62646388this way they get to pump twice. now and when they actually release it.or they're clever and realize they can delay it again on the day for another pump.
>>62646805I'm holding it like it's a hold coin, the inflation rate is currently the same as bitcoin but will continue to go down forever.BTC vs XMR SUPPLY INFLATIONYear BTC XMR----------------------------2026 0.84% 0.84%2027 0.83% 0.83%2028 0.82% 0.83%2029 0.41% 0.82%2030 0.40% 0.81%2032 0.38% 0.80%2036 0.19% 0.76%2040 0.09% 0.73%2050 0.02% 0.65%2100 ~0.000% 0.33%2200 0.00% 0.20%BTC:0.84% |0.42% |0.21% |0.10% |0.05% |0.00% +-------------------->XMR:0.84% |0.70% |0.56% |0.42% |0.28% |0.14% |0.00% +-------------------->BTC = staircase to zeroXMR = slope to zeroBTC: inflation eventually = 0%XMR: inflation -> 0% forever but never actually reaches itBoth are around 0.8% inflation TODAY.
>>62646947I don't think this is altogether accurate because it doesn't account for the bitcoin that are lost as dust sitting in wallets that don't even have enough money to cover the tx fee to empty them, and obviously bitcoin and monero that are naturally lost forever due to wallets becoming inaccessible. I think with these factors, inflation is likely already even closer to 0.
>>62645640could it be...
>>62646947There used to be an investment group study that was linked in these threads years back that had an XMR price forecast going all the way to 2038 IIRC and I cannot find it to save my life.
>>62644915I will not be reading any comments on this thread, I do not care for any of your opinions nor why Monero is “this or that”. If you have any sort of intellectual or temporal cognition, you will thank yourself in the future you have been kissed by the gods of fortune. Congratulations for not being a midwit and sticking it out while Monero is still under $10k, but there is still quite a stretch ahead. I will not be reading any replies because fuck you. See you in another life brothers.

I put eth thru tornado cash in 2020. I've been sitting on it since and now I want to dump it. Every ai i ask says "its going to get frozen immediately and you will be poor, just kys instead" i don't know why they're so mean. I tried several wallet risk assessment websites and they give different answers. Some of the eth went in tc then came out. It is highest risk.some got staked and withdrawn, somewhat lower risk. Some got staked, withdrawn then swapped thru fixed float into solana then back. I put a little of that on kraken to see waht would happen. Not frozen. I'm afraid, though if i do anything in size, it's over.My question is how can i use monero for this? If i trade it into monero then back into eth, deposit to sell on a cex, I have no idea of the "taint" im getting back in the new eth if I use something like fixedfloat or haveno. Isnt all eth tainted by this metric? My other idea was to just stake it all in a new type 2 validator. Staking seemed to reduce the risk score I'm getting from various checkers. Ps:please kill me. I hate feeling hounded like this. I want to sell and move to the woods.
>>62647154>imagine wanting to stay in ethjust trade it for xmr p2p via retoswap or basicswapdexthen sell that xmr for cash in the mail or your preferred option

>>62647560ah so hilariously and outrageously incorrect like all those price prediction studies. they probably got paid tens of thousands of dollars for it though so at least SOMEONE made money off crypto
>>62647154>If i trade it into moneroIf you acheive that at full eth market value then the whole problem you've been worrying about is over. That's the specific step the AIs said you would get your Eth frozen. At that point you should just thank god that you have a chunk of fungible digital money that can't be discriminated against or taken from you.>then back into eth, deposit to sell on a cexIf you do this you clearly haven't learnt your lesson and will be punished.
>>62647560Appreciate it.
>>62647569Ironically it completely missed cycle logic but guessed fairly accurately on BTC to 70k in 2021 and might be correct in its 2028 prediction of 140k.Funy enough Satis group was insanely overbearish on everything *except* Dash and Monero

>>62647627>Buying the topDepends entirely on when you plan to sell. Historically you're looking at being down what, 30% if this is local top? And we're generally of the sentiment XMR will make the slow hike to at least .1 BTC

>>62648072You can get free AI from China
Can it be publicly known how much XMR is changing hands?
>>62648949Not really, you can do statistical analysis on the number of onramp/offramp transactions and check that against the total transaction volume on the whole network and try to make predictions based on that, but nothing is perfect. You also have to consider that XMR holders really like to sweep their own wallets (i.e. send transactions to themselves) which would appear as network traffic but not actually represent "changing hands"
