I want to start a business but the only profitable things are alcohol, gambling, addictive social media, microtransactions in videogames..
Everything that is BAD creates money

There's something profoundly sad about this. If I want to start my own tea shop, I will go bankrupt

Running a business can be satisfying but it's basically one big investment. It can go wrong and you can't even sell the initial assets instantly.
You may just want to put the time and effort into buying and selling assets, which can yield enough money to go and start a business in a place that is more receptive to your idea(s).
