Assuming that the probably of a random child being born as a boy is 50% (which it isn't, but makes sense for simplification), the answer is 13/27.

Without the Tuesday informaiton, it would be 1/3, but the tuesday makes the boy/boy scenario more likely, which makes sense because the boys could be born on different days.
