You just need to be in good company

i don't believe this at all. how are they defining "productivity"? since the 1970s most work has become increasingly pointless, fake, and based on deficit spending (the medical industry is propped up by medicare and social security spending for example)

is America even producing anything tangible on its own anymore? not much. so what are workers productive about?

shit, most grocery stores in America arent even open 24.7 anymore. back in the 1990s it was common for lots of businesses to be open 24.7.

probably this chart is misleading because l, like most government data sources, it is simply fake data.

this "productivity boom" sure hasn't amounted to a palpable service increase. does anybody feel like they're getting better service than they did 40 years ago?

I'm old enough to remember the days when you pulled up at the pump and someone washed your window for free. pumped your gas for free. when was the last time you got service like that? remember that?

productivity is just "GDP per worker"
thats all it is
so yes, deficit spending makes number go up

ha ha ha. so that's it. it's literally just everyone shifting to healthcare and working for the government.

another scam meme to cover for this government's merciless rampage against sound money.

>i don't believe this at all.
Nobody cares. It's obervably true that actual wages have never gone up since that date. Wages are less than they have ever been since that date due to inflation.
>>
>>62658445

due to inflation the workers themselves caused by taking all those government jobs.

and hey, what about all those federally funded college degrees? i thought education would make everybody richer so we should pay taxes for it?

Post war American prosperity was never going to continue forever. All the other first world countries were rebuilding and our production was never going to be that unchallenged again
