AI was always going to fail in its stated purpose in the west, killing off all the consumers and taxpayers in the consumer economy. Either it fails to achieve these goals or succeeds in creating an unsustainable country. The miracle production boom prophesied never manifested because no one used it to produce anything. The chinese used it to min max manufacturing leading to deflation on its products rather than services with impossible to meet break evens.
