AI will take most jobs.
AI-enabled companies will concentrate most opportunities and profits.
The only way to have stable income in this scenario is being a landlord in a good city.

two more weeks
wake me up when AI does ANYTHING in the real world
were now almost 5 years into this hype and I have seen nothing
Walmart still has human cashiers
AI cant even replace low IQ hillbilly jobs
>>
they will just elect democratic socialists who pass those laws that force u to sell ur building to the city if u have to many tenant complaints then they will send out agitators to encourage frivolous complaints until they take it from u
>>
In a jobless AI world, it won't be about profits anymore. There won't be any sales or customers. It will be neo-feudalism.

If everyone took a Starship to Mars, why would anyone want to rent your room?

trvke. tell me one time u used ai to complete anything worthwhile at work? we have institutional copilot that can access all our onedrive and teams files and shit, and it's just completely fucking useless for anything. maybe ai will replace low level code monkeys, but even that remains to be seen.

I turned a simple VBA script into a less efficient multi step reasoning prompt that will inevitably employ many people to keep the data center running and generate much economic activity

oh that's true i asked the "analyst" tab of copilot some questions and it probably spent a kilowatt of power writing shitty python scripts in a hidden jupyter notebook and doing calculations before returning an answer that may or may not have been accurate but wasn't what i asked. and i'm so they say this has a 30 trillion dollar tam huh?

If no one but landlords have stable income they cannot pay rent and there will be no good cities. AI was always going to fail in its stated purpose in the west, killing off all the consumers and taxpayers in the consumer economy. Either it fails to achieve these goals or succeeds in creating an unsustainable country. The miracle production boom prophesied never manifested because no one used it to produce anything.

The chinese used it to min max manufacturing leading to deflation on its products rather than services with impossible to meet break evens.

we should use all those kilowatts to mine cumcoins instead
