HAPPENING - OIL $150 IS ABOUT TO BE REALITY BROS

Why don't we give Saudi Arabia + friends the green light to carpet bomb the shit out of Iran
>>
>>62673203
Ah shit.
>>
>>62673208
They are pussies that fear Iran, rightfully.
>>
>>62673208
Desalination plants
>>
almost all middle east problems would be solved if Israel is nuked.
>>
>>62673208
I'll never understand why SCORCHED EARTH isn't used by any nation, other than being worried about economic ramifications. However, if almost all of the Middle East + Ukraine + USA decided to obliterate the entire Iranian political structure and military, including 100,000 civilians. What would anyone do about it? Is everyone just going to stop buying US and ME energy? What are they going to do, start SIMPing for Russia instead?
>>
Doesn’t count, it’s a quote
>>
>>62673251
Dudebro, we tried that. This is the new non-woke non-DEI high-T unrestrained Hegseth department of war. We threw everything at Iran for two months, and it didn't work. The idea that we just didn't bomb hard enough is laughable. And the same argument some people have been making for 50 years. It didn't work when we dropped ten million tons of arclight bombs on Laos and Cambodia, and it didn't work in Iran.
>>
>>62673251
>What would anyone do about it?
China could switch to open support for Iran and then Iran would have access to so much weaponry that the entire Middle East would get raped to death
>100,000 civilians
It's a country of 93 million people, how is 100k scorched earth, retard.

Iran has the capability to destroy the entire middle east and they are simply being polite by not doing it at present. That would probably kill 4 billion people as they lose fertilizer and fuel and starve to death.

If they got really mad they could certainly launch dirty radioactive bombs at Saudi Arabia, Israel and Europe.

They could probably put a nuke together if they wanted. They've got a lot of plutonium as well as the enriched uranium.

Starting a war with Iran for Israel was fucking retarded.
>>
>>62673251

Because when you go scorched earth your enemy also is going to go scorched earth and wipe you both out.
>>
$100 is a great short opportunity. It always dips in the fall/winter due to lower demand. It's only being held up by artificial conflict factors. And everyone involved can (will) still pump more out to meet demand and inevitably bring the price back down. This is why it never stays up.

At $100 bb the frackers in NA start to make great profit margins and ramp their shit up
>>
>>62674371

Iran has no ability to scorch anyone. They were even beaten by babby Iraq head to head. They're bullying a trade choke point that's right off their shore and they're lucky Trump doesn't want to escalate and turn it into Iraq 2.0.
>>
>>62674392
>Iran has no ability to scorch anyone
You know except for bombing the fuck out of desalination plants.
>>
>>62674434

>easy pickings non military targets just to troll

exactly
>>
>>62674440
Desalination plants and oil refineries would be top priorities if you're actually pursuing a scorched earth policy against Saudi Arabia since the country depends on both to function never mind conduct military operations.
>>
>>62674543

If Iran was going scorched earth against KSA they would lose that one. It would basically guarantee an Israel + KSA + USA coalition and ass pounding. It hasn't escalated to that degree.
>>
>>62673651
stonks
>>
>>62673251
Russia, Iran, China would ramp up their subversion operations with images of destroyed iranian cities.

this but for Israel you dirty Christ killing leeches

the US and israel tried doing that. guess what happened next. you think arabs are smarter than iran, the US and israel?

Iran intentionally didn't hit power plants and desalination plants. That's why we didn't hit their bridges, dams, and power plants. The coalition is simply not ready for a scenario where their citizens start dying of thirst and heat.
>>62673639
And reality will squeeze that short. They can't even do anything about bonds, you think they can control the price of oil forever?
>>62674387
>frackers in NA
You have no idea how oil works.
>>62674559
They don't care if they lose. They are suicidal. The other nations are not suicidal and don't want to escalate that far.
>>
>>62675870
>Iran intentionally didn't hit power plants and desalination plants. That's why we didn't hit their bridges, and power plants.

But they did, and we did. Fuck off with this revisionist history nonsense.

Alright there were some hits on desalination plants as a tit for tat temporary escalation. My point still stands that a scorched earth scenario won't work because Iran can hit desalination plants in the Arabian peninsula. Desalination plants are less critical in Iran as they supply water to very specific areas while the vast majority of the country gets water from conventional sources. We can Dresden the entirety of Iran and they could still make sure Arabia is water starved for years and cause a global water crisis. The Syrian war refugee crisis will be a joke compared to what that would cause.
>>
>>62675865

How about ass raping the standing army and government and overthrowing it in a matter of weeks. Does Iran's theocrats want to be strung up from trees too?
>>
>>62673651
>That would probably kill 4 billion people as they lose fertilizer and fuel and starve to death.
Sounds like the best way to turn the rest of the middle east on Israel when they can point to them and say "Israel has the only desalination plants in the region"

ME is supposed to produce only 20% of the worlds fert and Ukraine and Russia is the other 20% of which is getting hit right now since it can be turned into bombs. IT would be funny because China, India, Pakistan would have a 3 way nuclear war over food.

If i was iran i would pull the trigger during the 12 day war.
>>

SA attacked a Yemen runway a couple months ago and Yemen has been blowing up their energy infrastructure ever since.
>>
>>62676846
Considering how bad the consequences of debaathification had on the project, most of fhe government would be left intact in Iran.
>>
>>62677062

That's not really an option since it's a fanatical theocratic regime. There's no way to make them adopt secular democracy. Not that I support it, Persia needs the restoration of its monarchy.
>>
>>62673203
This is just the beginning, this war with Iran will open up other conflicts in the region. Just as we saw with Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Azerbaijan launch a war against Armenia (used to be protected by Russia), The Syrian government falls to rebels (another one whose defence relied a lot on Russia).
The US is severely weakened in the region, most of their bases are basically empty, it's getting harder to have ships in the region, their munition is running low.
Now we see Houthis doing map painting, and as I said before, this is just the beginning, we might see a major country in the middle east get into some real troubles in the absence of the US..
>>
>>62678467
My money is on Iraq to fall, the US have had a permanent presence for decades, they help keep the country stable and the Iraqi government in control.
Now these bases are being emptied, the US can't supply Iraq with weapons.. Rebels with drones could likely overthrow the government.
>>
>>62678522

I dont think Iraq is a real country anyway
it was created after the fall of the ottoman empire

>>
>>62673251
Diplomatic relations matter, a lot. If you make people in the entire world hate you, they are going to elect politicians who run on severing ties with you, and then you've just handed most of your global power over to your adversaries
>>
>>62673251
>american who didn't learn his lesson from vietnam
why is this so common? vietnam is an incredibly well documented war, how are there people who still haven't absorbed the most basic lessons from it?

pretend china started bombing the u.s.
how many bombs would they need to drop before you decided to surrender the country to them?
suppose, hypothetically, chinese bombers wipe out the president and vice president and all of congress and kill 100,00 civilians while they're at it
would that make you more or less willing to become a chinese vassal state?
>>
>>62673208
you can't solve problems by bombing them.
>>
>>62673208
The Saudis have a decent military, but they very much prefer to let other do their fighting for them. I would be more inclined to believe they would pay neighboring countries and possibly even provide them with materiel if they invaded Iran for Saudi Arabia.
>>
>>62682887
Saudi Arabia is an utter joke
>>
>>62682906
Yes and no. They are a soft-power because of their financial markets and oil reserves, Mecca will also always bring in tourist/pilgrim revenue. They are like Jews though in that they like to play devious games. They use money as tool vs using raw man power. They have some smart people in the government, but at the same time their population is mostly idiots and their country a barren wasteland.
>>
>>62674387
This is actually true. $100 a barrel also causes demand destruction. It depends on the lag time from expanding production to market, but the world has immense spare capacity. Enough to overcome the destruction of the east/west Pipeline? Not at the moment, but it honestly wouldn't take that long.

Trump is a Russian asset. His goal was always to weaken the US and strengthen Iran. Look at the timing of the attack. Right when the regime was in danger of being toppled by internal protests. Then Trump comes along and bombs the shit out of all the moderates in the regime who wanted to make peace with the west. Then he gets the strait fully closed so oil prices will rise high enough for Russia to keep funding its war and just keeps it there.

Trump literally decommissioned the last of the US minesweeper vessels right before the war started. This is being reported as a coincidence Trump just did because he's stupid, but let's be real, no one is that stupid. This stalemate was intended from the beginning because it's what benefits Russia the most.

Oh my God... i understand now. USA know they can control oil price by on-off ing this Iranian conflict. They're basically trying to swing leverage oil price and force the price to go where-ever they want, to gain money for US treasury.

Nigga US treasury is working with the military to scam-trade oil for 3 years
>>
>>62673203
>it's hard to make headway over 100 because of huge drawdowns in the strategic reserves and the lack of deterrence by the US Navy

Soooo, "We used up our reserves and we're not deterring them from blowing up tankers and pipelines, this is bearish for oil prices"?

This nigga Cramer needs to retire, relic of the paper trading age

Here's what you don't understand. Roughly 15-20% of Israelis are Russian speaking. They consider themselves Russian, not Israelis. They also make up an even bigger proportion of Mossad. The Russian mob? Actually the Jewish mob. Two names for the same thing. They are Russian Jews who are active in both Israel and Russia, but ultimately are Russian nationalists with a side of zionism. There is a lot of overlap between Russia and Israel when it comes to a lot of things, including Epstein. There's good evidence that Epstein was working for the CIA, MI6, Mossad, and the SVR all at the same time.

There's also good evidence that Russia, Israel, and republicans and many other right wing groups abroad in western democracies have started to conspire with one another to rig each other's elections. They are broadly working to dismantle the international order of law that can check the power of oligarchs. Most of the super wealthy are some sort of criminals and have amassed their wealth through crime. You can think of the current moment in time as when the wealthy criminals decided to overthrow the liberal democratic order and instill a kleptocratic guided democracy ruled by Oligarchs. The model is actually Russian in nature, one pioneered by Putin in the early 00s and it is being exported globally.
>>
>>62683713
This is all true, but you ignore the actual chain of command. The jewish mafia gives orders to Russia, not the other way around. It's not Russia using jewish assets to spread their influence, it's jewish mobsters using Russia as cover to run their operations. Just like jews in the US, the tail is waging the dog and have been doing so for nearly a century.
