Only worked in small(ish) sub 200 people companies, and all my bosses would tell me sooner or later they'd first filter out people whose looks they don't like before reading a single word on their cvlOf all the -isms, lookism is the most real and present in everyday life but noone really gives a fuck about it (including me) because we like pretty things.
