What do I do, houses near me are not too expensive. I wanna get one before the market flips, preferably in the next 1-3 years. I don't wanna move to a apartment and give my money to some landlord, but I don't like living with my parents, picrel is how much I made last year according to my W2. I worked part time at Target, because I had school.

You make 8k a year and you think you aren't going to live with your parents?
>>
why don't you just get a job and stop working 10 hours a week?

just put it into an online calculator or ask ai if you're really lazy.
Last thing you should be doing is buying a house if you're just starting to work. You should be saving money and limiting debt. If you can't do that comfortably then it's not time to get a house anyway.
