They will never have competition. They are the only ones capable of making their shit.
>>62686486>they are the only ones capable of making their shit.tsmc tho?
>>62686488Dude tsmc uses asml machines to make chips.
>>62686501Nigger go ahead and learn how to shoot droplets of lead traveling 50kms 200000 times a second with a laser until they evaporate and be the competition.
>>62686486Naive faggots who will get their shit stolen by chinks or jeets any day now. I know the area and their staff. They keep hiring foreigners. Any day now.
>>62686486There are daily rumors about Chinese alternatives>>62686574>or jeetslol Look at an IQ world map
Bad tax regime means they will never moon
I can't afford even 1 share of that company with all my life savings. Maybe if it was below $10 or something I can have lots of shares I would feel pretty good about having some of that company I think. Plus if it's only like $2.14 then when it goes to $2.65 I make a ton more money than if something that's $745,000 goes to $766,000 even if it takes a whole year. Thats percents I think
>>62686594Fractional shares exist anon
>>62686486It’s shitty technology, just like the first computers—you see the size of those machines? It’s completely unoptimized, and in twenty years, everyone will be laughing at this company and its machines the size of a Hong Kong apartment, while something else will have been invented that fits on a plywood IKEA desk.
>>62686486that is priced in so the upside is minimal
>>62686610How does that work? I get to own more of the company for less money? I'm not very smart, you see I don't have that much money so I appreciate really the help thank you anon
>>626866411 share of GoyCorp is $5,000 and i don't have $5,000 to buy it but I'm predicting, through my own research, that it'll grow to $6,000 within a month so i buy 1/10th of a share (0.1 shares) for just $500, next month rolls around and the share price really does grow to $6,000 per share, now i sell my 0.1 shares and exit with $600, a $100 profit. Some brokers offer fractional shares but others do not look up the broker you'll use in your geographical area
When Micron was surging back in april/may I was like "what if ASML" because of this, but found out despite having a massive tech monopoly the D*tch won't raise their prices the way american and asian companies do and like everything else in europe is basically disappointing and pointless.
>>62686580jeets are retarded but good at scams/theft because idiotic boomers and euros keep hiring them to security clearance positions for some reason.>>62686594You need a fucking job.
>>62686641>>62686723robbingoy does fractionals.
>>62686723That's nice that some brokers offer that service completely free of charge. That's very beneficial to someone like me without a lot of money, so I can participate too. That's all I really needed to know about how that worksThankgs again
>>62686740>free of chargeLol no anon every broker takes their cut. They're middlemen they have to make a living somehow. Find the one in your region with the least expensive and least bullshit hidden fees/commissions on trades and try to live with it regardless. The field is thankfully competitive so their cut usually isn't very big because the market is gigantic and small margins can still work but it does add up for bigger investments/currency/tax differences
>>62686580Bro i worked in the same building as an ASML location. They were mostly jeets. No idea why. They left thankfully.
>>62686759Wait... so my money doesn't buy as much because someone is taking some of it? You said I would get $600 like normal. I just want to own as much of these really good companies like ASML as I can with what I already have, if I give away some of what i have then don't I have less ASMLsSorry for the ESMLs
>>62686574They can copy everything but the lenses. Carl Zeiss is the king
They'll never have competition but they also can't really grow for basically the same reasons.
European companies are way ahead of everyone with regards to pure engineer but they were so superior that they spent 20 years just cutting cost instead of pursuing new industries. An American company could never in a million years pull up the shit that Kuka, Zeiss, ASML or ABB have done
>>62686486because ex-engineers from the company helped china reverse engineer their lithography machines.
