Getting rid of the penny was a stupid token effort by Doge to show progress. The US Mint is literally the only profitable branch of government, a "cut off your nose to spite your face" change.Emblematic of the hair brain stunts and nothing burgers from this administration.
It cost literally 5x what it used to to get squished coins on the train tracks. Inflation is out of fucking control. I need better money.
