>Don’t forget - Ripple and XRP stand on settled ground. The 2023 federal Court ruling established XRP is not a security.

>And in March the SEC and CFTC issued a joint interpretation naming XRP a digital commodity. SEC Chairman Atkins and a CFTC Chairman Selig understand these markets. We expect future rulemaking from both agencies to continue to set out clear rules of the road.

Stuart Alderoty getting destroyed in the replies:
>WHO CARES!!! It didn’t affect the price at all!!!! You idiots can’t even use Ripple’s token for its utility while you have trillions of transactions in demand with Ripple Treasury!!

>Yeah, that designation really hasnt done shit, now has it?

>But why has it not taken off like we had all hoped? All this winning with no real winning?

>Market doesn’t seem to agree :( 1.30 and dropping

>Clarity or no Clarity xrp still below 2018 highs, but not the Ripple shares; no those are very juicy aren’t they fcking worms. maybe another ticket at xrplasvegas will make more money for the rats behind this fcking scam of hell.

>So why then does it just keep following bitcoin?

>Blah blah, regurgitate old news because theres nothing positive in the industry happening. Stfu

>So why isn’t Ripple using XRP with institutional partners in Ripple Prime and GT Treasury?

>So why isn’t full scale adoption for XRP moving forward?

Retail was used during this regularity grey zone for investment into ripple labs expansion
13 trillion moved through ripple labs protocols with absolutely zero need for xrp

Everything you have seen was marketing campaigns.
Every crypto test was published and the publics greedy hubris took that as confirmation of onboarding and use.

In reality nda's reign supreme
All your tokens were merely being test run against a already chosen option.

They have tested every available market option and none compare.
So there is no need for anything else
Its already operating
You have zero clue how where and what
As its intended purpose.
The difference with this dot.com bubble is there will be no google to invest in
People made money using the internet
But not from http itself , nobody even thinks about the internet as whole when operating with it.

These retards deserve to be poor. No clarity act is good for Ripple, because XRP is the only crypto with the clarity. If every other shitcoin gets banned, everyone will move to XRP. Famine is coming, and 99% of XRP will be sold for a piece of bread. So our ham sandwich lad wasn't that far from the truth, actually. If you have spare money, look into buying some nonperishable food and maybe some metals. Godspeed, niggers.
>>
>>62695467
>XRP is the only crypto with the clarity.
That only clarity XRP has is that Ripple legally can't sell it to anyone. That's literally the only outcome of the court ruling.
>>
>>62695469
>A court ruling determined that XRP is not a security when sold publicly on exchanges.
Even if Ripple sells XRP on public exchanges, it's not considered a security. It is a security when sold to institutional investors by them. But the coin itself is not a security, while other coins can be a security any day, even BTC can become one if Satoshi shows up. Nothing is safe, except XRP.

>what's the projection for ath this bull run?
>this bull run
We're not in a bull run.
From July 2025 through January of 2026, we were in a bear market.
From February till now, we've been in a sideways crab market.
The bull market needs to start, before we can make predictions about ATH.
We have no idea how long this crabbing will go on;
or, if we'll go back to a bear market, before we get another bull run.

We could even get another bear market, then crab, then a weak and pathetic recovery, only to go back to bear, then crab, then bear, then weak recovery, then crab, etc.
In other words, don't just assume we'll get a moon right after we have a huge dump, or sustained dumping for months.
We've been disappointed for many years.
Could be months, or more likely, years.
I wouldn't count on it happening anytime soon.

>bottom is in…no bear
I wish that were true.

There's $38.18 million in longs waiting to be liquidated once XRP dumps to $0.98
Pic related.
The market manipulators aren't going to leave that money sitting there.
As long as XRP is above $0.98 (and the gamblers keep their longs open), the exchanges have to keep paying them.
The higher XRP goes, the more they have to pay.
Then consider how much leverage some of those positions are: 3x, 5x, 10x, 20x; or even higher.
Imagine what exchanges would have to pay out if people closed their leveraged positions, and XRP is two digits.
The exchanges aren't going to eat those loses.
They'll make XRP dump down to $0.98 first.

But once we're there, new longs will be open by the degenerate gamblers.
The longer we stay down there, the more longs will be opened.
Which the exchanges will want to liquidate those as well.
Meaning, they'll drive XRP even lower.
It's a vicious cycle.
All you have to do is look at what the price is where the most liquidity is waiting to be liquidated: longs or shorts.
And that's where we'll eventually go.

XRP needs to make a massive, nearly instant recovery after a huge dump.
Anytime that it doesn't, morons will make new longs, and continue the cycle.
It's all so tiresome.
>>

>>
>>62697916
By 38m you mean they would have to pay 38m?
Sorry i am retarded
>>
>>62698100
Yes.
When someone creates a leveraged long or short, they put up their crypto as collateral.
If the price falls below a certain dollar amount on a long, they get liquidated.
The same happens if the price goes above a certain dollar amount on a short.
It depends on how much leverage they are gambling on.

David Schwartz has made multiple references to 589 over the years.
He likes to hint at the riddles.
In this tweet, he is either:
A. Talking about a real life experience, and nothing more.
B. He's giving cryptic clues hidden in his tweets.

But it doesn't matter which one it is, because BearableGuy123 is a liar and not to be trusted.
And David takes advantage of people's belief in the riddles, so he can string people along with false hope and false fears.
He can tweet cryptic sounding tweets, and amuse himself, as the comments sections desperately grasps at the straws he waves in front of them.

Stop hanging on his every tweet, looking for meaning.
Stop paying him money with your premium subscription.
I'm sure he has insider information.
And I'm also sure that he's never going to tell it to us.
Stop being David's entertainment.

The high frequency trading bots that firms like gsr.io employ will have the new longs and shorts open near instantaneously to harvest as much profit from the asset as possible guaranteeing no long term upward price action is possible. It’s like picking the fruit off the bush the moment it starts to grow, and HODL’ers pay the price via lost long term price action. The only way to overcome this paradigm is overwhelming demand or overwhelming supply which would push the price up or down, respectively, regardless of the high frequency Bot’s trading activity. That type of price action could only be induced by a massive release of escrowed XRP by Ripple or an official government or banking announcement that XRP and the XRPL will be used in an official capacity somehow. Until then, it will be a slow bleed out until price becomes attractive, currently support at .98 cents USD. For profit investors would be better served riding the AI LLM Chat Tech wave than anything in crypto as the powers that be want your money working there, not in crypto and will reward you for doing so. They do this to rug you in the future like they rugged crypto investors when the profit sector shifted a few years back to AI. TLDR: SPY for risk averse investing. NASDAQ for slightly more risk tolerance investing. Gold for break even storage of value over long timeframes (some argue even S&P is only storage of value when inflation is properly calculated). For real profit, you have to smoothly transition from one current “it” thing to another before the rug/harvest. Say maybe take 100% return from each “it” thing cycle then go to cash until the next “it” thing is presented by the media on economic/finance tv. Those with the ear for the system’s propaganda can easily understand where and when they are herding greedy investors. Reject Satan, hate the Antichrist and drive the Neanderthal Remnant into the Ocean.

On all these other chains, there's memecoins that are paired against stocks or other coins with a tax that is distributed to holders. On the XRPL that shit is not even possible. Flarecat on FLR has the same flywheel, you get paid for holding XRP. I already earned like 170 XRP in 9 days just for holding. It's only sitting at a 200K MC. If the volume goes up, you will be earning even more. Zcat on Solana paid in 1 week like $2.8M in ZEC to it's holders.

Its almost like ripple the company has a fiduciary duty to its actual shareholders (not xrp baggies) so they used the proceeds from dumping on you to acquire and rebrand products and services that are actually useful and dont need xrp

its a volatile bridge meme asset that wont be central to, or have a monopoly in any of the upcoming changes in fintech
any thesis based around mass adoption and usage is already dead

>Congrats to all the people that held on through all this bullshit.
People keep trying to tell other people that they were right not to sell.
But it really depends on the timing.
They'd be dumb to sell when we're at a dollar.
But they would have been wise to sell when we were above $3 last year.
Then they could have bought back in at around $1.
The same people telling you not to sell in a bear market (correct), are usually the same people telling you not to sell when you are 5x or more your average buy in (wrong).

Making poor financial decisions, doesn't make you a "real one."
That's cult mentality.
It means you made a mistake, by missing out on taking profit, and increasing your bag size for free.
It means you should learn from that lesson and take some profits the next time you're 5x or 7x your average buy in price.
This self congratulatory mind towards not selling, will cause many people to miss out on taking profit.
This is how people end up round tripping through multiple bull runs.

YOU didn't know and just assumed we knew nothing when really you do. Lol Then when pointed out you say "yeah well the argument can exist beyond that point!" but it that point is irrelevant to the argument and the only one you even chose to base your claim on. INSANELY retarded projection amid the insecurity of permanently lurking our threads yet knowing nothing and still being so literally scared of XRP.

If you hold ripple stock / have actual equity in the company that used premined xrp proceeds to expand its folio of products and services that dont consume or lock up xrp... maybe youll make it depending on how much you have?
But as for making it by holding the shitcoin itself? absolutely not lol
>no current odl volume to show any meaningful xrp usage which would improve the price
>no xrp collateral lockup at scale
>no xrp settled ripple prime volume at scale
>no mandatory institutional xrp inventory at scale

And nothing to indicate that any of the above will change later. It has no moat. There will be no sort of monopoly which was required to reach whatever target you have in mind in your puerile daydreams

Oh but wait
>but they cant post any of that because of super heckin secret NDAs

>>
>>62710590

ODL is zero friction and demand neutral. You could reuse the same tiny batch of XRP over and over at the current price at pretty much any volume imaginable.
ODL is basically institutional wash trading.

It has LITERALLY always not been our thesis. How amazingly and deeply inept do you have to be to come here after over a decade of hating on a technology and having it explained to you 2 times and then claiming your own AI explained same to you and then FINALLY get it on the third time? Lol The funny thing is I know you understand it because it has been explained to you dozens of times, but you pretend not to because you are an indian nigger who always posts the same way. See:
https://warosu.org/biz/thread/62542357#p62552791
and
https://warosu.org/biz/thread/62542357#p62552803

Having the same conversation with the same retard over and over has reached the point of diminishing returns. Will still probably do so periodically but we have robustly demonstrated the thesis for a decade. If someone doesn't get it they are literally rarted and people who pretend to not get it are spiritually poisoned, which is worse
>>
>>62710613
>>62710590

Neither of you understand the 101 of what you pretend to speak knowingly on. How tf are multiple parties going to use the same institutional corridors with revolving payments? Over half of all Ripple Payments transactions are settled on ODL which like you said is demand neutral mechanically (which was never a part of our thesis). Literally the opposite of what you said is true: As payment volumes scale, so do liquidity provider and market maker requirements, which is for absolute sure not demand neutral.
>>
>>62702572
XRP, CC, XLM (it is but that doesn't mean it won't carve out something), XDC, HBAR, ONDO, probably HYPE/UNI depending on how much institutions carve them up, QNT, APT, SOL, POL, RED, ATOM, DAG (as a microcap with a promising future but possible failure to larger projects), etc.
>>
>>62710763
>fees and burns were never part of our thesis

>>62710769
>ODL was never part of our thesis

>>
price is going up rapidly so black swan is likely to happen soon
>>
>>62710769
Odl proves xrp CAN be used as bridge liquidity. As I have said, it does not PROVE durable xrp demand unless you can show inventory, lockup, or net buy pressure large enough to justify the inflated claims to utility you previously insisted were factual and absolute. Gross floq is not value capture.

Oh, and let’s skip your next few tedious and predictable rants where you try to list basic xrpl features that might have been impressive relative to competing crypto infrastructure 10 years ago while still failing to prove larger scale xrp use will happen in any of the ripple, rlusd, prime, treasury, stablecoin, tokenization, or interop narratives you'll keep trying to smokescreen with. You have the gall to claim that others have no idea what they're talking about, but you'll do anything you can to avoid addressing points about real value capture and then pretend that an entirely different argument was being made. This is BEFORE you even begin to factor in how platforms like eth / aave / sol, even tron are already achieving the sort of metrics that xrp baggies like you would covet if you actually knew what the fuck has been going on in crypto for the last 8 years.
>>
>>62710812
What's the catalyst for the black swan? Genuine question.
>>
>>62710986
>inventory, lockup, or net buy pressure
ODL offers none of these.

Inventory can be tiny because the same tokens can be reused instantly.
Lockup cannot happen with because the XRP has to be bought and sold instantly.
Buy pressure is negated by instant and equal sell pressure ("demand neutral").

Buddy I have international customers buy products in my ecommerce store in US.
then wire money via a bank transfer.
and then depending where they are in the world, money may take a WEEK to go through and get deposited. Sometimes over a week if it had to go through 3 currency exchanges.
This current bankers financial system is entirely bad and is designed to enrich the bankers.

That's why they are losing it so quickly to crypto currencies. and that's why they have no other choice but to convert entire wall street to digital currencies.

stock market is already going to be fully tokenized within the next few months
also the whole banks are against crypto is a giant psyop
banks only care about control, containment and for the status quo to remain the same as the system transitions to the new two-tier technocratic futuristic society
the fiat system is about to die and all of the wars we're seeing now is mainly being done to accelerate the process of breaking down all the old tradfi rails and to get it over with

Yep . they have no choice.
DTCC said they are going full digital assets and smart contracts, within a month .
21st century, have collateral other than foreign debt, 24x7 near immediate settlements.
They all win , hopefully XRP and RLUSD is used as well and we all win too.

>also the whole banks are against crypto is a giant psyop
Yep, what I posted above.
They have a problem with collateral, and some crypto (wink-wink) is designed to be a collateral.
They used to have debt , currencies and gold as T1 collateral , this doesn't work.
>currencies aren't a T1 level collateral for their settlements.

Agree.
>the fiat system is about to die and all of the wars we're seeing now is mainly being done to accelerate the process of breaking down all the old tradfi rails and to get it over with
I am also agreeing with that .
My guess would be that the oligarchs want to keep themselves rich, people poor and scared.
So they love wars
. Also IMHO current wars are to figure out where the new financial rails are going to go, where are the borders of a new financial system. Which countries would be where in new financial rails.
>since there won't be one world reserve currency
>there would be likely groups of countries on the same financial rails

I guess the best strategy right now is to know that it's all out of our control and the best thing to do is to just sit and hold, tune out all the noise and to not do anything retarded in the mean time.

Banks get to create mortgages, don't see why not.
But not like they do now.
They basically generate money out of nothing via italian merchants 13th century double-entry accounting scam.
>+$1000 in one column
>-$1000 in another column
>$1000 in "currency" created out of thin air.
This creates issue with no real collateral in the system.
In a new financial system , for instance, XRP ledger would be a ledger that records transactions.
And you'd need real money for a bank to provide loans, not fakely generated out of nothing stuff.
>REAL banks with REAL money also win because they don't really have to keep billions of $ in reserves
>scammer banks with no actual reserves get exposed.

>This creates issue with no real collateral in the system
A country's economic output or its potential output should never be tied to anything. The problem is not creating money out of thin air, it is private bankers that dont care about anything but their own profits exercising that right. Are our judiciary, legislative systems etc privatized? Nope, that much we understand. The most vital thing in an economy however is who gets to create the money. That right has been usurped by the Jews. And this is not going change anytime soon since our governments are in cahoots with them.

Basically if I am the banker, and I just created money out thin air and gave you
a mortgage for your house , your work and your signature, as a collateral .
Then you work like crazy, I am doing nothing and receiving 2x the price of your house in interest out of nothing.
Then you get tired , get health issues , stop working 80 hours a week, lose your job ,and I confiscate your house via unpaid bills or unpaid taxes.

This entire system is ONE WAY (all asset and money floods up, nothing trickles down) and FRAUDULENT to its core.

>Provides institutional-grade privacy for Multi-Purpose Tokens (MPTs) using advanced cryptography (EC-ElGamal and ZKPs). Individual balances and transfer amounts remain shielded from the public ledger while maintaining compliance mechanisms for authorized parties (issuers, auditors, or designated entities) to verify total supply and meet regulatory obligations.

The amendment is currently at 14/35 votes on the XRPL.
If it reaches 29 or more votes for 2 weeks, then it gets implimented.

>several unsupported extrapolations

>conspiracy bleating + insults + “n-no YOU didn’t address it”

You keep proving that ripple / xrpl / xrp related things exist, but you are still apparently incapable of proving forced xrp token demand at scale through any of those relationships without having to attach childish and completely baseless fantasies around ndas or vague twitter botnet "insider" posts. We've already covered that exact flaw of yours in the past, but like a kike you seem to just pretend it never happened. At this point I'd believe that you may even be stupid enough to think that ripple, xrpl, xrp, etc are all interchangable but that's just not the case.

And also
Your critique of other chains is mostly one sided. Pow and pos do have concentration risks, and smart contracts can add complexity but this is usually because its actually necessary for whatever is being done. Incentives in various models actually fund security, smart contracts enable broader application ecosystems, and native features are an implementation choice, not automatic superiority.

The point I was making with other systems is that they already have stablecoins, tokenized assets, escrow contracts, compliance tokens, permissioned environments, payment channels or l2s, fast finality, dexs, comprehensive metadata, bridges, and interoperability layers. The features you mention on xrp / xrpl arent profound exclusive things, its just not impressive although you seem it think it is. But that's basically your safety blanket that you cling to - pretending that xrp is neutral native financial purity (lmao) and anything else that anyone has developed to meet a huge range of needs in other chains or stacks is somehow predatory... for no other reason than "I just want xrp to win" basically. Very wishful and convenient but not based in reality.

And yes, xrpl has payment native features, but thats not what im attacking. We have already gone over this. Nothing you can show seems to have ties to token price appreciation, significant adoption or institutional settlement volume. No xrp collateral lockup, mandatory xrp inventory, or token value capture either. Basically just repeating what I said in the other post at this point.

Except it isn't. I literally gave a chronology taken from the least flattering (to make my case) benchmark of just before the lawsuit, through the course of it, with it resolving positively with legal clarity for the asset they said they would settle if they had clarity for originally but spent $150M and risked themselves as individual attached parties (Brad and Chris) just to fight for the legal clarity of with their payments business growing dramatically since then:
https://warosu.org/biz/thread/62542357#p62551015

Now that they acquired Ripple Prime and Ripple Treasury, their total business touches $16T annually, with a majority of institutional flows and settlement obviously not being onchain yet. If you look at this as a "yeah well they acquired huge core institutional businesses to build out end-to-end full stack solution therefore the denominator has increased so the percent has gone down!" You are a MORON. Their entire business is building around bringing things onchain. Less than .1% of their current business at time of acquisition is and migrating just .1% is $160B, not even taking into account that their Ripple Prime and Treasury both had record years. You are literally doing exactly what I said you do. Talking around demonstration of the thing itself in a hyper-meandering way, building a strawman and then attacking it. I never mentioned NDAs or botnets or insiders etc. Now you are also trying to cover through projection by accusing me of the same shit I always say to you and have said to you already in this thread. Lol I literally described how Ripple's payments service mechanically necessitates reserve growth/lockup for liquidity buffers and market-making. You are just pretending I didn't and are shirkign the whole thing to spend a paragraph saying nothing and playing gay rhetoric games.

I’d rather there be yields as another way to escape the banks and have more people take liquidity from them and put it into crypto (or at least stables), but XRP should still do fine without those as different institutions use it openly. It’s tiresome how much we get fucked with by banks and their whores.
>>
>>62714432
>>62714400
It actually isn't necessary, especially for a settlement layer, and just saying it is doesn't make it so. You don't have to do all programmatic process processed and done on one chain and in many ways it is extremely not ideal to and there is zero reason to force programmability onto a settlement network designed for payments. It is good XRP has the dex and AMM and MPTs (which are a cut above the norm) standardized to the protocol layer but they also have compliance features institutions require and all of this is standardized across all issuers at a protocol level. The combination of these features is actually extremely breaking from the Eth trend. I literally already replied to this post and you are just like I said, just restating the same shit you say 100 times and have already said or had preemptively answered here. I already mentioned the failure of the permissioned experiment. Why are you using AI to chug this shit out and still SO lazy you cannot be bothered to even read if it is just rehashing the same shit. Are you just prompting it "argue how this actually isn't true?" Lol Further to my original point of robustly demonstrating (without even touching collateral etc.) how Ripple's payments business scales XRP demand, and the framing of its autobridging, the same is true for the growth of issued assets whether stablecoins etc. as onchain marketmakers and liquidity providers need to build their liquidity bufffers. You are literally objectively wrong in every way and worse than that a huge disingenuous faggot.
>>
>>62714584
Perversely XRP specifically (temporarily) sort of benefits by Clarity failing. I honestly thought it would pass but with some of the later provisions maybe it will end up good it didn't if the new agency guidance shapes the buildout which then legislators catch up to to accommodate rather than prescribing in a captured way. XRP is the only asset that has not just agency declaration but legal distinction from the federal judiciary as not being a security other than BTC.

And of course you are STILL using ripple business throughput and imminent xrp demand interchangeably. Hidden Road clearing $3t and then treasury touching $13t does not mean xrp is going to get activity from $16t. The fact that you keep pretending that ripple's "end to end business stack" which doesn't actually force significant xrp usage MUST invariably lead to "xrp go up big one day" just proves how poor your understanding of any of this is.

Even if that 0.1% of flow eventually moves onchain, that still does not prove mandatory persistent xrp demand. Annual gross flow is not token lockup. Bridge inventory depends on actual xrp routed volume, exposure, liquidity buffers, volatility, settlement time, and mm capital. The $160b wont represent lockup or even consistent net buying pressure.

Customers can settle in rlusd usdc, usdt, or fiat, and the settlement layer is decoupled from any single issuer’s token. Ripple Prime is also explicitly pushing rlusd collateral, not xrp collateral. Their efforts have succeeded in ways that don't require actual xrp usage because their clientele clearly isn't interested in being made to use one volatile bridge asset to glue it all together. Its not a primary or even a secondary focus for anyone at the table to use xrp in a way that will lead to it accruing value, and that's far more certain than any fantasies you've cooked up in your head.

So, once again, for any of your grandiose proselytizing to make sense, xrp itself has to have real weight in these metrics:
>collateral
>inventory requirements
>settled post trade volume
>reserve lockup

It really is kind of amazing that you'll say I have no idea what I'm talking about or that I'm being dishonest when your only talent is selective amnesia paired with spinning ripple corporate activity as a guarantee of xrp usage.
Oh and of course
