We do not need the Clarity act. Watch AI trading pump crypto like crazy next year
i'd rather step foot on an actual casino or on stake or flip.ggi'm not that retarded anymore, gambling with crypto became meaninglessif i'm going to lose money, i will have fun with it
>>62695082According to you niggers we needed the clarity act very badly till yesterday...
>>62695153Fuck you. Seriously
>>62695155Let me guess warsh will bot raise today and when he will it will be insignificant and priced in....Now do yourself a favor and buy around 50k on xmas!
>>62695153Yeah what the fuck is that? Crypto should be down at least 40% because the clarity act stalled out. What's the new cope and meme date?>inb4 priced in>How the fuck do you price in what caused something to pump in the first place and then didn't happen.
>>62695175there's a few copes. the most tangible one is the GENIUS act which they did manage to pass and which goes into effect in mid January. the miraculous cope is that the various military conflicts will somehow resolve and the world economy can enter an actual recovery. the retarded cope is that money will cycle from the peaking AI trade into other sectors, including crypto.
>>62695272It won't. There's still dollar flight though because as you said because of the overall world economy based on our shitcoin numbero uno.Tether can just create more dollars for crypto to pump, that's the easy one. Might even allocate some bonds into it as they've already done but who care what happens underneath the hood, right?Stock market is more pressing for normies. Housing market is sperging and seems priced in so stagflation overall is exactly planned with dollar flight and commodity cycle best shown with oil distillates waged war on globally.
>Not neededMaybe not. But it would have been immensely helpful to have those regulations in legislation. Now the SEC has to do all the legwork. Which is precarious because only one administration ago the SEC hated crypto and wanted it gone. Now I don't think the SEC will change course again. The powers that be need more liquidity that the dollar just can't provide anymore. but its proof of how fickle these government agencies can be when new people step in. Legislation is the iron-proof way to keep things stable without a new head of some agency coming in and changing the rules. The clarity act dying is a serious failure. Had Trump not been so fucking greedy rugging his magatards with his coin, democrats would not have had the ammunition needed to hammer about the ethics and ultimately kill the bill.
>>62695175>How the fuck do you price in what caused something to pump in the first place The clarity act didn't cause the pump, look at the odds on polymarket, everyone knew it wasn't going to pass. The vote probably fueled a bit of the pump, which is why BTC went back to 76k
