It is this simple but not easy. You won't necessarily die rich but your progeny probably will. The culture deeply values education, family, and critical thinking. So there is definitely nepotism in jewish family businesses but those who benefit from the nepotism are prepared for the opportunity. So if you convert to Judaism, you'll probably get to see your grandchildren be the ones who build generational wealth.
