Okay so I have info you all need and I'm gladly sharing it. Silver will go even higher in value than previously talked about here. 300, 500 an ounce - it makes no difference. It will be so exceedingly rare guys that you WILL be buying properties, lands, lots and sands. All kinds of stuff. But I'm going to hone in on just one today. Homes. Yay, homes! You will be able to buy many properties even with 50 to 100 ounces. Disclaimer this is no financial advice, merely education. I'll tell you how to secure a home in the US for now. I'm not versed on property laws in UK and abroad but it's similar from what I do know.1. The Private Contract: You and the seller sign a physical, written Quitclaim Deed or Warranty Deed. Instead of listing a dollar amount, the purchase price is explicitly written as: "In consideration of [X] ounces of .999 fine silver bullion."2. The Verification: You meet the seller at a secure location. They verify the silver weight and purity (using a pocket scale or specific gravity test). You hand over the metal; they hand over the signed, notarized deed.3. The Recording: You immediately take the signed deed to the local County Clerk to record the transfer. This legally updates the property ownership in the government ledger.• The Notary Bottleneck: Deeds typically require a licensed Notary Public stamp to be recorded. If power grids or digital networks are down, you will need to find a local notary willing to verify your identities using old-school physical logbooks and paper stamps.• The Back-Tax Trap: If the previous owner owed back-taxes to the county, those debts stay with the property.
