If you have a bunch of frivolous spending AFTER you are having financial problems, the bankruptcy court may not even discharge debt that was clearly abusive, like going on more vacations after you lost your job. And of course you're still paying expensive legal fees. Like I said earlier though, the parents should just write him out of the will. When you are close to dying, make sure to spell it out, the sisters are splitting the whole inheritance, and the son gets maybe 1000 dollars if it's a lot of money to go around.

He’s entitled to the growing equity so long as he keeps making payments. If he misses more than x payments he loses his equity and his parents can decide what to do next but can evict him if needed.
