>>62717261DESU its basically this. BTC is now controlled by wall street, the little guy investor no longer sees it as their ticket out of poverty because the massive gains no longer exist. People are looking for something new as their next chance. ZEC has essentially identical tokenomics, CYPH and ZCSH are both siphoning off the supply creating a situation where a massive short squeeze is happening. I don't believe there will be a flippening, but if it were hypothetically to happen ZEC would be the one to do it.

The answer is because BTC is now controlled by wall street. People don't give a shit about "being your own bank" and never did, if they wanted financial security in such a manner they would buy precious metals. The majority bought BTC because they believed in massive returns. Those returns no longer exist with BTC core. The plot was "Buy BTC and get rich!" ... Nobody is going to buy BTC at $80k and get rich when it 10x's to $800k.
>>62717344Exactly. Bitcoin is simply too big. If Bitcoin goes to $275k it has done a 3.2x and has flipped Nvidia at $5.5T mcap. Zcash at 3.2x is still below XRP.
