They all have paid the fee to have the city issue them an extra garbage bin, both garbage bins are filled to capacity and over flowing every week on pick up day. One boomer has so much trash that he makes light night trips to other people bins to put three or four more stuffed full garbage bags in. What the fuck are they doing?
