almost no point in investing in the AI builders now since basically all the rails are in place now(should have been doing that a decade ago retard)
better look and be future thinking and invest in all the stuff that doesn't exist yet which AI will help build in the future

I went all-in on Nvidia and AMD 2 weeks after ChatGPT was announced so I think I'll be fine

No, Anthropic don't really have anything, their lead comes down to money and compute. Not IP of any kind, there is no trade secret.. And because you (the Chinese Open Source models) can just distil Anthropic models, you end up with Anthropic paying billions for a ~4 month head start. If, for whatever reason, they stop spending x100 more than their open-source competitors, their model will be as good as your generic Chinese models in a couple of months.
So the value of Anthropic is really this 4-6 months window, and it's very expensive to keep this window open.
