I was offered a business role in a bulge bracket bank. My job is to basically work on strategy for clients and I'll be under their wealth management branchshould i accept the offer or not? i'm a noob for financial careers and idk if this role would allow for personal growth. surprisingly, my competitors at the final test for the role were from semi-target or non-target universities, which got me wondering if this is really a good position, after all
