This is specifically for 1 bedroom apartments.The housing market is completely different and depends on each specific block in each specific region. You can have luxury mansions 5 minutes away from a complete ghetto shithole. There are areas where you can buy acres of land for $5k an acre, but it's in an area completely isolated from civilization with no way to run utilities to the property. Then there are other areas where it's $40k for a .25 acre of land because it's right next to a development and the utilities are already there.
