I swear there is some invisible force that keeps my networth from going up. Every time it reaches a certain number it gets swatted back down 20%-30%. Every single time, regardless of what I do to surpass it.

You aren't selling tops. Cost of living is probably fucking you in the ass. You aren't buying into "winners" at the right place at the right time. A lot of it really is just luck and acting instead of overthinking.At least this was my story and how I lost most of my net worth. Don't know about you though OP.
