Hey lads.
I'm currently looking for Japan-based companies that offer full-service real estate investing for foreign non-residents: property sourcing, due diligence, purchase, rental management, taxes/accounting and eventual resale.
I currently invest in Spain and may move to Japan in a few years, so I’d like to start building some exposure there.
So far I’ve found Nippon Tradings International (NTI). Anyone here actually used them or a similar company?
Mainly interested in first-hand experiences, real fees/net yields, and financing options for non-residents.
