Enterprise pays fiat, Quant Treasury converts fiat value into QNT, QNT is associated with the license / locked, enterprise does not necessarily have to go to an exchange and buy QNT itself. But I cannot establish that this remains the mechanism for today's fiat-paid Overledger subscriptions. The current terms, MiCA, and current 2026 FAQ does not say that. Tell me how value accrues to token holders in a way I can verify or I'm never buying this shit. I'd love to buy it if you can give me that info though.

The bank pays fiat because banks legally cannot hold volatile crypto assets on their balance sheets to run corporate software. Quant built a Treasury to bridge this institutional gap. But saying the token doesn’t capture value because the bank pays in fiat is like saying an engine doesn't need gasoline just because you paid for it with a credit card. The backend system dictates that QNT is the mandatory cryptographic key for encryption and signing. No token locked by the Treasury = no network validation = no interoperability.
